CHAPTER 21

{3 Days Later}

Julia P.O.V.

I woke up from my nap to a high pitch scream coming from Jasmine. I instantly jumped up and ran to her room to see she wasn't there. I looked through the house rapidly and running as fast as I could. After checking all of upstairs I ran down the stairs in a flash. When I made it to the last stair I saw a man in a mask leaving out the front door with Jasmine in his hands. I attempted to run over to them only to be hit in the back of my head with a bat.

"Tell Mike that the games have just begun" said one of the men as I became dizzy. I fell to the ground in pain as they walked out the door with Jasmine. I couldn't move because of the pain that was coming from my head. It felt like someone had just dropped a weight on my brain. I could barely think straight, I reached out for my phone but It wasn't in my grasp. I wasn't about to give up the first thing I did when I finally was able to grab my phone was call the police.

"Hello 911 operator how may I help you" the female operator spoke into the phone. "My niece was just kidnapped right in front of me" I said hysterically crying which only made my head hurt more. "Ma'am I need you to stay calm and tell me where you are so I can send some officers" the operator said attempting to stop me from crying but it didn't work.

"I'm at 10475 s Prospect" I said in between my cries and heavy breathing. "Ma'am I'm sending 2 officers to your home as we speak" the operator said to me as I was hitting the end button. I had to call Jada and Charles, I knew they were going to take this hard. I dialed Charles number, I was going to tell Charles so he could tell Jada. I knew he was going to take it hard but he was going to take it better than Jada.

Charles P.O.V.

I was in the hallway when I heard my phone ringing repeatedly. I looked down to see Ms.Julia calling, I instantly answered the phone and could hear her voice shaking. "Charles someone came into the house and took Jasmine. I don't know how they got in here or who they were. They just took her" Ms.Julia said in a tone of disbelief laced her voice. I looked at the phone not believing what I was hearing.

"Someone kidnapped my baby girl" was the only thing that kept running through my head. This had to be a joke or something, nobody would be bold enough to kidnap Jassy. "We will be there in a minute" I said as my my jaw clenched and my fist balled. I hung up the phone then began to breathe heavily as I looked for Jada in the crowded halls.

I finally found her talking to Heaven outside their 4th period. "We gotta go and now" I told Jada as she gave me a look of confusion. "Why? What's wrong?" Jada asked me with a worried look on her face. "I can't tell you here Jada just come on" I said trying to pull her with me but she didn't move.

"Charles just tell me" Jada said folding her arms and standing in the same place. I swear this wasn't the time for her to be stubborn. I wasn't in the mood nor was I in my right mind so it was Jada's best bet to bring her ass. "Jada just go see what he needs to tell you" Heaven said trying to get her to come with me. "Charles just tell me" Jada said rolling her neck with an attitude.

Jada P.O.V.

"You wanna know what's wrong Jada? someone kidnapped our fucking daughter and you standing here acting stubborn for no reason" Charles said as his chest rose up and down in a fast pace. When it finally registered to my brain what he said a tear slipped out my eye and I fell to my knees. "Jada baby get up it's okay" Heaven said picking me up from the ground and holding me. The 3 of us walked out of the school then hopped in Charles' car.
