Whoosh. The arrow flew sharply forward before sinking itself into spider. Tauriel reached behind her head and in one swift movement she managed to retrieve her next arrow from the quiver and balanced it delicately over her right thumb. She pulled the string right back and within a matter of seconds it had flown. It was an art, she reminded herself, to be graceful yet deadly. And that is how she's captured the attention of the wood-elf prince; Legolas. Stop it, she thought, stay on task. She had managed to knock three more arrows while thinking, all of which - unsurprisingly - hit each spider skilfully in between the top two eyes. There's one thing everyone knows about Tauriel; she never misses. These spiders were life size and their eyes bought one thing; hatred. They were black and empty, it gave her shivers having to look into them. Each arrow she notched told her it would stop them from destruction. Ha, as if that hasn't already happened. This area of the woods were a mess and it was filled with chaos. The annual midnight feast in celebration of the King was interrupted three times before the intruders had stumbled unconscious into the web spiders. They had all thought that the rest of the night would bring peace for them to dine in, until the spiders found them to. "Tauriel!" Shouted Legolas. "Behind you!" She turned while pulling out her last arrow and have it in position, just in time to react fast enough draw it back to her ear and release.
