Addison Waters
December 22nd

I stood in front of the mirror, applying some concealer on my under eye bags.

I peered over at Ethan in the mirror a couple times, he seemed distracted by his phone, until suddenly he stared at me. With a very puzzled look on his face.

I turned my head,
"What?" I laughed.

"How do you manage to wake up so beautiful every morning?"

"Well, my friend concealer helps with that."

"No, before you put all that crap on too."

"You don't like it?"

He shook his head, getting up and standing behind me. Looking at me through the mirror.

"I do, you look stunning. But, I just like your natural beauty, and nothing will ever be above that."

"So you like the dead look in my eyes?"

He chuckled,
"Yes, Addison. I have a kink for zombies." He sarcastically spoke.

"Then why did you make me waste my money on some latex body suit? I could've gone as myself and said I was a zombie."

"It wouldn't really be a costume, now would it? Where's the fun in that? I can't pull on your tail to bring you closer to me, while I-"

"Okay, is breakfast ready?"

He chuckled,
"Seriously, one more time?"

"Huh?"

"Where the costume for me."

"What?! It's nearly Christmas and you want me to dress up as cat woman?"

"If you were me you'd understand why, it just enhances your features so damn well."

"Can't you just stare at those pictures I sent you and get busy that way?" I suggested.

"If I have the real thing why would I wanna do that?"

I groaned,
"You're so annoying. I can't believe we're planning to move in together," I added, in a joking manner as I picked up a laundry basket and began to toss the dirty clothes in it.

He playfully rolled his eyes,
"Don't lie, you love me and my annoyance. But by the way, we still haven't chosen a house yet."

I widened my eyes,
"You only brought up the idea this morning, how do you expect us to have found the one already?"

"I knew I found the one in a day," he smirked.

I couldn't help but smile at his cheesy, yet utterly adorable joke.
"Seriously."

He sighed, plopping himself down on the bed.
"We have the money to settle down right away, there's nothing to wait for."

I put all my weight on one leg, resting the laundry basket on it as I stared at him, giving an "are you serious?" look.

"What?"

"You have the money, you think I'm gonna allow you to pay for our home all on your own? No way,"

He groaned,
"Addy why are you like this? Why can't you be a gold digging girlfriend?"

I chuckled,
"Well I'm sure you wouldn't love me if I was."

He nodded,
"But It would make things a whole lot easier,"

I sighed, turning my attention back to cleaning up his messy room.

"Hey," he softly spoke up.

I peered my head up,
"Come here." He said, holding his arms out wide as he laid down flat on the bed.

"I'm busy," I stated.

"You can clean when I'm gone, give me love."

I smiled, setting the basket down as I straddled his lap.

He pulled me down so my chest was against his, and our noses were inches away as we stared down at each other.

After a bit of silence, I kissed the tip of his nose, to which he smiled.

"Why my nose? My lips need attention,"

"Your nose is cute,"

"You think so? I always thought it was big."

"What? Not at all! It's just perfect,"

"Well, I think yours is too. But way better than mine."
