Addison Waters
January 3rd
1:55pm

I frowned,
"I can't believe this is it,"

He grinned,
"You're making it sound like we're never going to see each other again."

"Why aren't you freaking out like I am?"

"Because, I know I'll see you again."

I squinted my eyes,
"I bet you'll be crying like a baby once you get there."

He chuckled,
"You know I'd disagree with you on that but sadly, you're right."

I smiled,
"Well hey, at least once you get back you'll be able to see the house too!"

"You're planning on decorating it without me?" He pouted, wrapping his arms around me, while mine were already wrapped around his neck.

I shook my head,
"Only a few things, I'm gonna ask your mom & Gray to come down with me and help out,"

"Okay, in only allowing you to do the bathroom, and the living room."

I gasped,
"The whole living room?!"

He chuckled,
"Yes, just don't make it too girly, alright?" He cocked up a brow.

"I'll save that for my bathroom."

"You don't want to share one?"

"No, you can barely keep your drawers clean. Why would I want to share the bathroom with you?"

He sighed,
"You've got a point there.."

I laughed,
"Besides, we need to put some use to the bathrooms, we have three now."

"I can't believe no one has gotten the house yet, it's perfect,"

"Probably because they're not rich like you,"

He scoffed,
"I'm not rich."

"Just because you didn't want to buy the house that had five garages, doesn't mean you're not rich."

He playfully rolled his eyes,
"W-"

"attention, the flight for Iraq will be boarding in two minutes."

He looked down at me, a soft, yet pained smile on his face.

"After these past two weeks we've had, I don't know how I'm going to say goodbye to you."

He lightly chuckled,
"I'm sure we'll be alright, we already know how bad it hurts being apart, and now," he mumbled the last part, grabbing my left hand and playing with the ring.

"You have this to remember me," he smiled.

"I love you,"

"I love you more, Addy."

"And hey, make sure Grayson doesn't try anything while I'm gone," he pointed, half joking.

I glared, soon brushing it off,
"I though you two were cool?"

"Oh we are, but you're just.."

"I'm just what?"

"Irresistible,"

I rolled my eyes,
"Never in a million years would I ever do something like that to you."

"Hey, I didn't say it was you I didn't trust."

I sighed,
"I know, but just letting you know I wouldn't let him if he tried. Plus, he isn't even like that, when we were all there for Christmas he didn't act weird at all,"

He nodded,
"Well, I better go before I miss my flight,"

I smirked, pressing my forehead against his,
"That wouldn't be such a bad thing,"

He chuckled,
"Very funny,"

He smiled, and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. He slowly leaned in, pressing his lips on my temple, giving it a loving, and long lasting kiss.

He pulled away, I looked at him with sadness in my eyes, as I pulled his face closer to mine, I closed the space between us, kissing him like it was the last time.

"Last call for anyone flying to Iraq."

He pulled away, our foreheads resting on each other's as we looked down at the ground. He clutched onto my hand tightly, before letting go.

He gave me one last kiss,
"I'll see you soon,"

I nodded,
"I love you."

"I love you," he smiled, waving me off as he went on his way, making sure to turn around before he went on the plane.
