Fraser’s P.O.V

I walked out of the library to see Olly talking to Siobhan, with her pressed against the wall. I backed up slightly so I was stood in the doorway but they couldn’t see me. I saw her push him out of the way.

“You know you love me!” he called after her.

“Whatever gets you to sleep at night!” she called back, making me smirk at Olly’s facial expression. He wasn’t used to getting rejected and that was easy to tell, I just watched her go.

“Stop staring, man.” I jumped when I heard Olly next to me.

“I-I wasn’t staring.”

“No, of course not. You were just watching her like she was a tall glass of water and you were a man in the desert.” He bumped shoulders with me.

“I was not staring!” I exclaimed.

“Oh, so if you don’t like her; I can have her, right?” I growled at that.

“You can’t talk about her like she’s a possession,” I muttered starting to walk towards my next class.

“So what do you care?” I hesitated for a moment so I didn’t stick my foot in my mouth, like I usually did.

“It’s not right, you know.” I congratulated myself for my response.

“Yeah, yeah whatever,” he said without commitment.

“So…um why did she leave?”

“Ha! You are interested!” My cheeks started warming then.

“N-no,” I stuttered. “She’s my history partner; I deserve to know a little about her.” I saved myself quickly. Olly stopped walking for a fraction of a second.

“I-I didn’t know her that well before she left. All I can remember was that she was a lot shorter, going through an awkward stage, wore glasses and spent all her time in one of the music rooms.”

“Music room?” I asked.

“Yeah. She was pretty closed off and didn’t talk to anyone except Bex and some teachers.”

“Ah.”

“What’s it to you?”

“Like I said she’s my history partner. I have a right to know.”

“Then why not ask her?” I felt a slight pang in my chest.

“She didn’t want to talk about it so I didn’t pressure her into anything.” We both stopped walking outside one of the classrooms.

“This is me,” Olly said. “I’ll see you later.” I nodded and headed off in the direction of my class.

Siobhan’s P.O.V

I can’t believe I let it go that far. I should’ve known my reason for leaving would come up. Why am I so stupid?! I-

“Excuse me!” someone said really loud in my ear.

“Sorry,” I mumbled looking at the ground.

“You should be! You could’ve really hurt me!”

“But I didn’t.”

“Whatever.” I looked up to see who I’d hit; it was a girl around my height with blonde hair and shocking blue eyes. She immediately reminded me of Fraser. My cheeks started to warm up. “What’s up with you?!” she demanded.

“Y-you just remind me of someone.”

“Who?” she asked, in the same hard tone.

“Fraser Davis.” She scoffed.

“Figures. You met my twin.” She sounded pretty angry when she said that.

“Twin?” I asked surprised. “He never said he had any siblings.” Because you never got a chance to ask, a voice inside my head told me. I flinched slightly at that.

“Normally doesn’t,” she said dismissively. “Well. Nice as it’s been talking to you…What’s your name?”

“Siobhan,” I said automatically.

“Siobhan,” she nodded. “I have a class to go to.” Before I could say anything else she turned on her heel and walked off. A voice behind me made me jump.

“You met Faith then,” Fraser said.

“I did.”

“What did you talk about?” he asked.

“Not much.”

“What did you talk about?” he repeated the question but in a firmer tone.

“None of your business!” The volume of my voice rose slightly

“She’s my sister so I’ll make it my business!” he almost shouted.

“Too bad I’m not going to tell you then isn’t it?”

“Tell me,” he growled.

“What does it matter anyway?! It’s not that big of a deal!”

“I just want to know, alright?”

“I’m going to be late.” I changed the subject quickly and started to walk off. He caught up to me quickly. “Why didn’t you tell me you had a twin?”

“You never gave me the chance to,” he said quietly. I nodded once and we walked in silence to our class.
