Siobhan's POV

"Urgh," I groaned loudly. My head felt like someone was bashing it with a hammer. There was a bright light above my face burning my eyes. Was this hell?!

"Siobhan?" My eyes began to flicker open. "Ah, good. You're awake." A male doctor stood on the other side of room leaning against the wall. He was tall and had dark hair and green eyes that seemed familiar. He looked like he was in his 20's

"Who are you?" I asked

"I'm Dr Todd."

"Todd? As in Will and Olly Todd?" He hesitated.

"Yeah. I'm their older brother. Know them?"

"I go to school with them," I shrugged

"So YOUR the infamous Siobhan Carter that I've heard so much about!" he exclaimed.

"What?!"

"Nothing. So how are you feeling?" he asked, changing the subject.

"Like I'm being beaten up with a hammer," I said honestly. He cracked a smile.

"That doesn't surprise me. You did hit your head on a tree stump." I was momentarily dazed until I remembered earlier that day and last night.

"Oh. I thought I was with Fraser?"

He turned his back on me as he fidgeted with some medical tools.

"Oh he was." I raised an eyebrow. "I sent him home."

"Um okay? Are my parents here?"

"In the cafe. I'll go and let them know you’re awake." I nodded and he left the room.

Almost as soon as the door closed someone knocked on it.

"Come in!" I called. The door opened and in the doorway there stood a girl with long blond hair and blue eyes. She looked like every guys dream girl.

"Can I…help you?" I asked.

"I'm Annabelle Scott." She walked in and closed the door behind her.

"Is that supposed to mean anything to me?" I raised an eyebrow. She rolled her eyes before continuing.

"Aww. Fraser doesn't talk about me anymore?"

"Why would he?"

"We dated. For 8 months," she said casually.

"Okay," I choked out. Why didn't he mention her? "Why are you here?"

"He's mine!" she growled. "Stay away from him."

"If he's 'yours' then why hasn't he ever mentioned you?" I smirked.

"How I am supposed to know. Just listen to me. Stay. Away. From Fraser."

"And if I don't?"

"You don't want to know." She walked closer to my bed. "Just trust me." And with that she walked out and slammed the door.

I lay back into the pillows and started to think.

"Shiv?" my mum asked.

"Oh, hey," I said still staring at the ceiling.

"Dr Todd said that you are free to leave now but we have to get some prescription painkillers for your head."

"Great." I pushed the duvet down and stood up. "Let's go.”

“You know, Fraser’s been calling every 10 minutes to see how you are,” she said nonchalantly.

“Really?” I asked, my stomach felt like it was full of butterflies. She nodded, smiling.

“I had no idea you guys were so serious.” I just shrugged as we got into the car.

Fraser’s P.O.V

As soon as Rachel rang me to say Shiv was at home I went to go see her. I rang the doorbell and a man, who I guessed was Shiv’s dad, answered the door.

“Um, hello sir. Would I be able to see Siobhan?”

“And you are?”

“Fraser, sir.”

“My wife did mention you’d be coming over. So…what are your intentions with my daughter.”

“Um..I-I..” He started laughing at me being flustered.

“I was just kidding with you! Come on in.”

“Um…thanks?”

“She’s in her room. No funny business,” he pointed towards the stairs.

I opened the door slowly, to see Shiv asleep. I could clearly see a large bump on her head. I winced quietly. I couldn’t help blaming myself.

“Fraser?” she asked, her voice thick from sleeping.

“Hey.” I smiled weakly at her.

“We need to talk,” she said hesitantly.

“W-why?”

“Annabelle.” God dammit, could that girl just leave me alone?! “Sit,” she said gesturing to the desk chair.

“How do you know who she is?”

“She paid me a visit when I was in the hospital. How come you never mentioned her before?” She looked betrayed and I sighed.

“We dated…a while ago before she moved away.” I avoided making eye contact.

“What happened?” she asked softly.

“We were at a party and there was some girl sat in the garden on the bench and she was crying. I went out to see if she was okay, she drunk and threw herself at me. Annabelle came out and I guess we were in a compromising position. She wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain and broke up with me.”

“How long were you going out for?”

“5 months.”

“Okay,” Shiv said slowly. “What has this got to do with me?”

“She’s made it her personal mission to ruin any relationship I have. It was just a mistake.”

Siobhan’s P.O.V

He looked so vulnerable. She should have listened to him, it’s not like he did it on purpose. I swung my legs off my bed and moved towards him.

“She won’t ruin anything.” He looked at me and stood up.

“A-are you sure? Annabelle’s a lot more ruthless than you’d think.”

I wrapped my arms round his waist as I looked up at him.

“I’m sure,” I said before standing on my tip toes and pressing my lips to his.
