2. Call him Dracula.
3. Complain constantly that his hat is wonky.
4. When he doesn't move it, smack it off and walk off.
5. Kick him out the black magic club.
6. Tell him that he isn't a jokester- you are.
7. Start a prank war between him and go full out.
8. Replace all his books on folklore with hentai and shoujo manga.
9. Blame it on Japan.
10. When Japan denies, say 'That''s just what he said when the aliens attacked'
11. Totally Japan's fault.
