Nate's eyes slowly open to see a ceiling above him and he frowns, confused by his surroundings. A small girl looks at him and he gasps, startled. Sitting up, he takes in that he's on a bed of a small hut, somewhere where he has no clue. A man approaches behind the girl, speaking another language.

''How did I get here?'' Nate questions, as he helps him properly sit up and he swings his legs off the bed with the man continuing to speak.

''Okay...'' Nate mutters, looking down at his wound to find it more or less healed. He places a wary hand over the bandage and then pulls his top back down. The man picks up a flask, sitting down on the chair in front of him and pouring a drink into the cup.

''How long have I been out?'' Nate asks. The man holds the cup out and indicates for him to drink it.

''Thanks.'' He mumbles, taking the cup from him. He takes a sip and immediately gags, coughing as the other tries to refill it. ''No, no, no, that's - that's plenty.'' Nate speaks and he talks more.

''I'm sorry, I don't understand.'' Nate sighs, feeling frustrated and then his mind wanders to her. ''Do you know where the woman I was with is? It's important to me she's safe.'' He continues but the man takes the cup out of his hand and stands.

The man puts the flask on the table and begins speaking, walking back over to Nate and helping him off the bed. He grabs a jacket off a peg and hands it to Nate before going to walk out of the room. He turns back to say something and he listens, putting on the jacket.

The man opens the doors and walks out and he follows, instantly hit by the sun. ''Where the hell am I?'' Nate exclaims. The stranger puts on his hat and walks away. ''Huh, guess I'm supposed to follow him.''

Slowly, Nate begins to follow behind, taking in the surroundings of the village. His thoughts wonder to (Y/N) and if she was okay.

Walking under an archway, he approaches a few of the villagers. ''Ah, does anyone speak English?'' He asks, but they begin to speak in another language.

The man who took care of him pushes open two wooden doors and they walk through, entering more of the village. A villager walks past and stops, looking at Nate.

''Scuse me. Have you seen a woman? About this tall...'' He points to a height smaller than his. ''...um, (H/C)? No?'' He sighs as the villager says something before walking off.

Nate follows the man up the steps, all the while looking out for (Y/N). A ball rolls over to him and he spots two kids playing nearby.

''Oh, there you go. Want to kick the ball?'' Nate smiles at them, kicking the ball back over. One of the kids it up and they stare at him in bewilderment. ''Kick it back. C'mon, kick it back.'' He prompts, but they don't do anything. ''Kick it. K-kick. Ah, forget it.''

Continue walking, a mother talks to her child and once she's finished, Nate nods. ''You listen to your mom, okay? Be a good boy.''

Approaching the man, Nate continues to follow him through the village. He notices the two kids from earlier hiding behind the wall and he chuckles at them laughing.

''I see you two hiding.'' He says, shaking his head and follows the man up the steps to a house. The man pushes open the door and Nate turns to see a woman knelt in front of the little girl he saw when he first woke.

Her (H/C) hair was (Up/Down) and she wore a winter jacket over fresh clothes. Her voice was soft as she slowly spoke to the girl in Tibetan: something she had clearly learnt since they were bought here.

Nate smiles, feeling a lot better. ''(Y/N).''  He breathes and her head whips around, a smile breaking out on her face.

''Nate! Oh thank God you're all right.'' She says, standing up and running over. He holds his arms up and she crashes into him but it's a few seconds before he groans and she pulls away.
