I slowly walked over to the chair across from the couch they were sitting on
"Phoenix, You realise, if you get two more referrals you're getting expelled" my dad said running his fingers through his salt and pepper hair. " And guess where you go if that happens?"
"All girls school?"
"No, none of those schools will accept you. Your record is THAT bad." My mom said shifting her weight.
"........What are you saying...." i said my eyes widening. My mom mumbled something.
"What?"
"An all boys school honey" She sighed.
"HELL NO!"
"Phoenix, it's not meant to be an all boys school, it's a military school. There's one other girl that goes there" My dad said, trying to calm me down.
"One other girl who is probably a BITCH" my eyes widened and I clapped my hand over my mouth," I didn't mean to-"
"Go.to.your.room" My mom growled. I ran up the stairs and went into my room slaming the door shut behind me. I flopped face first into my queen bed. I look at the posters covered walls. Under all of them the two walls are painted black and two are painted white. I'm fucking screwed. Sure, I get into alot of fights, but that's probably nothing compared to what some of those guys have done. What if I have to share a room with a FUCKING MURDER!? There was a knock at my door,
"What!" I yelled.
"It's Kyle" He said softly. I sighed and sat up.
"Come in" I grumbled. He came in and sat next to me on my bed.
"So you cussed infront of mom and got a refferal in the same day, is that a new record?" he said jokingly.
" Kyle they're gonna send me to fucking military school" I whispered.
"Did they say that or are you using that over active imagination" He said with a soft smile
"They SAID it. It's pretty much an all boys school except, a girl teacher." He furrowed his brow and hugged me.
"Why would they do that, there's plenty of all girls schools"
"Because my record is so very fucking bad."I grumbled. Ryder walked in and sat at the edge of my bed.
"That really sucks" he said sadly.
"You're a nosy son of a bitch aren't you" I laughed. He chuckled and nodded.
"All you have to do is not get two more referals" Ryder said, trying to cheer me up. I raised an eyebrow and shook my head.
"You're a REALLY nosy son of a bitch"
"How could I not ease drop on that conversation...Hunter did it to!" He yelled just loud enough for Hunter to hear. I heard him running and he skidded to a stop in my door frame.
"Hunter did what?" I rolled my eyes and Kyle laughed.
"Oh, we're just talking about how incredibly nosy you and Ryder are" i said glaring at him playfully. My brothers really know how to cheer me up.
"Oh." he said sounding relieved.
"Why? What else did you do ?" Hunter's eyes got big.
"nothing, why do you ask?"
"Hunter....." he ran down the hallway and slammed his door shut. I turned to Ryder and gestured towards the doorway.
"I'm sending you on a mission"
"What is the mission general?"
"Go figure out what Hunter did, then report back to me immediatley" He saluted me and ran out the door.
"KYLE GET OUT OF PHOENIX'S ROOM, SHE'S BEING PUNISHED" My mom yelled from down stairs. He sighed and walked out of my room. I got up shut my door, and locked it. I put my head phones on and was about to fall asleep, when my phone vibrated.
James: So what's happenin tonight
Phoenix: Dude, I can't come over tonight, i'm beyond screwed. I'll give you your precious details tomorrow
James: Boooooo :(, alright goodnight lovely, i'll see you tomorrow.
Phoenix: Good night night.
I changed into my pajamas and fell asleep with my music blaring in my ears.

I woke up to the annoying blaring of my alarm clock. I sighed and got up after I turned it off. I brushed my hair , and decided to let it be natural today. I put on my eye liner and mascara. i got dressed quickly in black skinny jeans, a neon green tanktop, and my chuck taylors. I waited in my room intill it was time to leave for the bus stop and rushed out of the house. Ryder and Kyle were already there. They gave me a look then continued talking to their friends. Ryder is a junior like me and Kyle is a senior. I sat on the ground, tired as fuck.
"Hey, PHOENIX" Kyle yelled.
"What?" I groaned looking up at him.
"Remember not to get in trouble" he said with a smile wich was more like a smirk. I rolled my eyes and flipped him off.
"Im serious!" He warned. I'm really not in the mood to argue with him. I didn't respond and put my head phones. He pulled them out and I stood up and kicked him in the balls.
"Leave me, the fuck, alone Kyle" I growled. The sweet caring brother I was talking about earlier doesn't exist at school. His friends are pervy douche bags and GUESS WHAT so is Kyle....at school. Ryder is pretty much the same at school as he is at home. So it's weird seeing Kyle switch. In result of his phony doucheness all of Kyle's girlfriends have been a bunch of preppy bitchy hoes. The bus pulled up and I walked on, sitting next to my friend Jenny. I wasn't really in the talkative mood so we just listened to the music on my phone. As soon as I stepped off the bus James tackled me.
"Neeeddddd DETAILS" He gasped jokingly. I sighed and shook my head.
"later, at lunch, I promise" I groaned. He pouted, but nodded his head.
"Where's Katrina?" I said looking around.
"The poor girly is sick "he said with a frown.
"Is she sick or is she "sick" " I said making air quotes. James laughed and looked around.
"WELL, she texted me last night saying she was hanging out with that new boy Jace. Now she COULD actually be sick or........" I laughed at his sugestive tone. We walked into the school and made our way to algerbra...gross..We were just about to walk into the class room, when somebody tapped my shoulder.
