He continues, "I still wanted to just use you whenever I wanted. But after I started to feel guilty and I didn't want to do you like that so I just dated someone else. Then after I cut you off, I really did miss you and I missed talking to you. So when we started talking more, I thought it'd be easier to get with you but you're not an easy person to get with. I don't know what you did..." He chuckles to himself. "But I fell so hard for you. You really made me think I was fallin' in love and even X would say it all the time... I didn't mean to push you away but I think I just got scared that you were gonna hurt me."
"Do you think I'm the devil or something?" I ask. He laughs and I smile at him. "I'd never hurt you." He kneels in front of me as I shift to the edge of the bed. "How about we start over and forget about all the dumb shit?" He asks.
"Hm... I don't know... I'll have to think about it." I smile. He smirks at me and pushes me over as he tries to climb on top of me. He starts to tickle me, "Are you sure that's your final answer?" I continue to laugh and try to push him off. "Okay, okay! We can start over! Just get off of me!" He stops and caresses my cheek. "I love you."
My eyes open wide and I can't believe what I'm hearing or what is about to come out of my mouth. "I love you too." He kisses my lips tenderly as he cups my face in his hands. We lay next to each other and he holds me. I soon fall into a deep slumber.

"Stokeley!" I call from the door. I wait a moment and then I hear him jog down the stairs. "Yeah."
"I'm going out for a bit." I slip my shoes on and grab my keys off the key rack. "Where you going?" He asks. "Just gonna go hang out with Pryce and Rose." He doesn't pay much attention to what I've said as his phone starts to ring. "Sorry, babe." He kisses my cheek and then answers the phone. I open the door and leave. Rose is sitting outside in her car and waves at me the moment I walk outside. I snicker and walk to her car.
I get in and she hugs me before I can open the door. "I missed you baby!" I smile and hug her back. She releases me from her grasp and I close the door. "Glad I could get out and come see you." I smile and she looks at me worried. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing's wrong. Just miss back home, that's all." I reply. "Well whenever you come back, we gonna go clubbing every night of the week!" She giggles and reverses out of the driveway. "Yeah, that'll be cool. Maybe Stokeley could come too?" I suggest. She smiles at me and nods.
"So, what's it like being a rapper's girlfriend?" She asks. "Well technically, I'm not his girlfriend. We haven't made anything official yet... Since we broke up." I answer. "Girl," she snickers and shakes her head, "I can't even tell you how many times I wanted to clap back at bitches in the comments but I'm like 'nah, can't be making shit worse for Gen'. They really talk about y'all like they know y'all and live your lives."
"I just try to ignore them." I sigh.

Pryce, Rose and I were all laughing and playing video games. My phone started to go off in my pocket. I pulled it out to see what was going on. Stokeley had dm'd me a few times so I opened them.
theslumpgod: why are you with that guy again? - you know he's trying to get with you - how can I trust y'all being around each other?
gxnxvieve: first of all, relax. I'm not with him alone. I told you I was gonna hang out with him and Rose - secondly, you don't have to trust him, just trust me. I'm not doing anything with him. We're just friends - lastly, you and I aren't officially together so there's no reason to be mad at me

I sigh deeply and lock my phone. He's starting to piss me off.
—- Finally updated. Sorry it took like almost a year. Wasn't really feeling like writing for a while and I was focusing on school. Plus I got a boyfriend too lol so I be trying to spend time with him too. Mainly just couldn't think of what to write but hopefully I will write again soon if school doesn't keep me too busy :)
