It was barely the end of the third day of the first week, when YSG's principal Tanede sat around his desk with a throbbing headache and an ice pack pressed on the side of his head.
The expression he wore on his face more than told how mad he was.
"I did not expect this kind of behavior to be displayed so early in the year." he said, addressing not only himself but also the eight individuals who currently occupied the small space before him.
"Yeah, that makes two of us, buddy." grumbled an irritated Ty, who was shot with a warning glare from Amire and the rest of his relations.
A bit confused as to why they're in this situation?
Well, to make things a little clearer, let's go back a couple of hours to that morning.
Timeskip- At the end of the first session classes
Akiesh POV
"Alright, that's the end of the session! Remember to submit your assignments tomorrow! AND NO RUSHING OUT THE DOOR!" Kunikida-sensie exclaimed as he dismissed the class. I giggled a little at when he got upset with most of the other students who tried to hurry out of the class, before packing up my own stuff.
"Akiesh!" a voice called. I looked up to see Kanji walking towards my desk. "Ready to go? I'll walk you to your next class!" he offered.
"Really! Oh thanks so much! I'd get lost again if it weren't for you!" I beamed up at my awesome roommate, who returned my thanks with a wide smile.
"No problem! Now let's hurry before Kunikida-san yells us out!"
"I suggest you hurry it up then!" Kunikida commented with a really stern look on his face.
"Huh? But I thought you said we shouldn't rush out the door, Kunikida-sensei." I asked, really confused. "If we aren't allowed to rush out then why would you tell us to hurry out?"
Both me and Kanji looked at Kunikida expectantly while the three of us stood in silence for a moment. He seemed to think over what I'd said before turning his back to us and saying really wierd words under his breath.
Kanji giggled at his behavior before leading out the door and through the halls. I had to stay super close to him to make sure I didn't lose him or get knocked away!
Walking in the halls almost reminded me of swimming at the beach. Almost. Luckily I don't have to wear swimming equip. here! Haha! Although, I always liked to imagine everyone as huge waves that would carry me away from the shore and to a deserted island - or an empty hallway - if I strayed to far from were I was supposed to be! Hehe! Wouldn't that be something!
I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't pay much attention to what was going on around me until I dumped shoulders with someone.
"Oh I'm so sorry! Didn't mean to...oh?" I turned to apologise when I saw it was a boy around fourteen years old; my age. He was a little shorter than me, with the right side of his hair being a dark brown and the left side being completely white. His eyes too were very strange!
"Are you ok? You're not hurt, are you?" I asked again. It seems like a strange question to ask, considering we only bumped shoulders. It felt like the right thing to ask though; looking closer, he appeared to be a really fragile person.
The mystery boy looked up at me for a moment with a puzzled look, before softly giggling.
"I'm fine! And are you alright?" he responded with a friendly smile, which I was glad to see.
