Flirtation

We get downstairs and scrim is sitting on the couch. I plop down next to him, the night lingers slow.

Ruby sits next to me, I look at them a couple times and smile.

"What?"
Ruby says with a laugh.

"I just can't believe I'm hanging out with famous people."
I say with a smile.

"You've known us forever it's not that crazy."
Scrim says.

"So what do you guys wanna do while you're here?"
I ask

"Well we have a show tomorrow, We're probably gonna do a little meet and greet after that."
Scrim says.

"You should come."
Ruby says.

"Do you listen to our music at all?"
Scrim asks

I laugh.

"Are you kidding, I'm your number one supporter I know all your lyrics."
I say

They laugh

"That was the most embarrassing thing to admit."
I say putting my face in my hands

"Nah it's cute."
Scrim says, he places his hand on my thigh giving it a little rub.

I look at Ruby his eyes are on scrims hand.

"I think I'm gonna go to bed."
Ruby says standing up from the couch.

"What no it's only 7 and you napped hella long."
I say standing up also.

"I know but I'm feeling a little sick."

"It's probably cause you're hungry, you haven't eaten all day. Let me make you something."
I say grabbing his arm.

"Alright."
He says with a smile.

I make some egg plant pasta and fix a plate for the boys.

"Dinners ready."
I call out

The boys walk into the kitchen.

"Damn chef cherry you can put down."
Ruby says grabbing his plate from my hand.

"It's nothing special but it's edible."
I say

"It's bomb asf."
Scrim says scarfing down his plate.

"Thank you."
I say with a smile.

"No thank you."
Scrim says.

"Yeah thanks Cher"
Ruby says, I smile at him.

"Wanna smoke?"
I ask

"Do you really need to ask?"
Ruby says.

"Lemme call the plug."
Scrim says,walking out to the balcony.

"Do you feel any better?"
I ask Ruby as I jump up to sit on the counter.

"Yeah thank you."
He says rinsing off his and scrims plate putting them in the sink. Then leaning against the counter next to me.

"No problem."
I say

"And thank you for letting us stay here while we're on tour it means a lot."
He says flipping himself so he's between my legs.

My heart drops and butterflies fill my stomach. I've never been this close to him.

"Of course Ruby, we're family."
I give him a little wink.

He stares me in the eyes.

"I'm sorry I don't hit you up much, I think about you and the peeps a lot more than you think."

"Ruby, you're doing what you've always loved and I'm so fuckin proud of you dude you don't even know."

He places his hands on my thighs rubbing them up and down. Tingles go through my spine and my mouth parts a bit. I lean down meeting my lips to his but not touching them. He takes the back of my neck pushing my lips against his. Oh my god I'm kissing my best friend.

I hear the sliding door open and I push him away licking my lips.

"Aight So nick is with everyone at cloud 9 he wants us to go chill, Cherry you're coming."
Scrim says when he enters the room.

"Great let me just get dressed."
I say jumping off the counter.

Ruby's POV

Cherry gets up on the counter when scrim goes outside. I've liked cher since I could remember but I never did anything about it because she never showed interest. I don't care anymore she's so beautiful and I'm done being a little bitch about it.

She leans down about to kiss me and I grab her connecting our lips. I can't believe I'm kissing her.

Scrim walks in and she pushes me away.

"Aight So nick is with everyone at cloud 9 and he wants us to come chill, Cherry you're coming."
He says.

Cherry jumps off the counter saying she's gonna go get dressed. She heads to her room.

"Who's everyone?"
I ask scrim.

"Gus, Bexey, Pouya, Nick and some fans I guess."
He says

"Aight lemme get ready too."

Cherry's POV
I come downstairs in a oversized flannel
And netted stalkings, over them I have on spandex just in case.

The boys are ready, Ruby has on sweats that have 'ftp' all over and an oversized shirt. Scrim has red basketball shorts and a black oversized shirt.

They both look up at me.

"I'm ready."
I say grabbing my keys and tiny shoulder purse that probably fits my phone and chapstick in it.

"You look hot."
Scrim says without thinking.

Ruby gives him a dirty look.

"Chill."
I say making my way to the front door.
