"Please! Do not look. I do not want you to see this nasty side of me." I mimic a dramatic, pained expression.

"No, I believe he said grotesque." Adds Ciel

"Oh yes he did!"
Ciel and I are currently sitting outside for tea joking about the events at last nights dinner.

Sebastian furrows his eyes brows and playfully scolds me
"Miss Silverado, I suggest you do not ridicule the person who handles your food. Tis quite a risky move."

"Alright Sebastian" I hang my head low

"One last thing"

"Yes?"

"May I borrow those stiletto heels they were simply exquisite." I burst into a fit of laughter

Ciel and I deviously smile at Sebastian

"Continue to joke like this and I will no longer be making strawberry short cake for dessert."

My eyes light up.

"Sebastian, have I told you your tailcoat looks especially... well ironed today?" I say with a smile 

"Hello Miss Silverado. Good mornin to ya!"
Suddenly Finnian appears

"Good morning!" I reply
I get up from my chair and walk over to Finnian. I take both his hands in mine.

I see Sebastian raise an eyebrow and he looks at me vigilantly.
Finnian's cheeks turn slightly red

"Close your eyes." I say

He shuts his eyes and looks nervous

"Now open!"

He opens his eyes

"Look into your hands."

Finnian looks confused

"What are they Miss Silverado?"

"They are seeds, the seeds of a flower that I brought from my home in Egypt. The Egyptian star flower. It is a gift for you. I was going to plant them in my garden here in England when I bought my house. Although... I have no use for them now."

"Thank you so much miss!" Tears start forming in his eyes

"What is wrong Finny?"

"Sorry. Just a tad emotional, I hardly ever get gifts. I promise I will take good care of them everyday."

I give him a hug and ruffle his already messy blonde hair.

"You know you can just call me Chloe."

"No you may not. That is most unprofessional." Says Sebastian

"Yes you may."

I glare at him, my facial expression prominently displeased.

"Thank you." Says Finny
His bright green eyes sparkle

I smile at him. He is just too adorable.

"You are most welcome."

"Oh yes! I almost forgot why I came. You have received some mail"

"Me?"

He hands me a letter with shiny gold paper

Mail...  who would send me mail? I have told no one that I am staying in this mansion. How did it reach me?

I look closely at the gold letter, and notice on the red seal wax was my family's crest?

"Thank you Finny."
