I wake up, get out of bed and start to get ready for the day. I start with brushing my hair. As I look into the mirror and comb through my thick black locks, I notice the bandage on my wrist. I gently press on the area and wince in pain as the wound is still tender. I suddenly remember the events of last night. I cut myself quickly without thinking in order to complete the trance. Luckily I saved a small capsule of my blood so I will not need to harm myself again for a long time.
I look outside my window and notice that sun rise has long gone and I had gotten up much later than I routinely would.
"How long have I been sleeping?" I say out loud to myself
"Approximately 27 hours."
I am startled to see Sebastian standing at the door holding a silver tray of hot food. He was wearing spectacles and a different tailcoat than usual. He looked... extremely handsome. He must have recently arrived from giving Ciel his lessons.

I could not help but stare. I feel heat start to rush to my face and I avert my eyes from looking into his. He seems to notice my sudden change in behaviour and smiles slyly. He slowly advances towards me.
I clear my throat
"Well, I am most definitely fine now. We should leave for the peer."
I get up from the bed and start to walk out the door
Sebastian stops me
"Miss Silverado you may have extraordinary abilities but you are still human and you mustn't forget. I advise you to continue to get some rest."
I sigh, he is probably correct. I have not come to the realization how deeply engrossed I was in discovering my new powers. I have completely disregarded my well being. I used to be but a simple gypsy reading palms. Now I am able to do so much more. Staying here in the mansion has brought out the best, and the worst in me. I have captured criminals, and felt things I have never felt before with a man let alone an all powerful Butler demon.
Saying this aloud sounds absurd. I wonder what my sisters would think of this if I told them. They would most likely have an aneurism. I make my way over to the bed and lay down
"You seem like you are deep in thought. What are you thinking about?" Asks Sebastian He takes my chin gently and tilts my head up so I am making eye contact with him.
"I am sure you would love to know. Although, I am simply just a little tired that is all."
"We will no longer be going to the peer. The young lord has invited over the new chain manager of the opium factories over for a dinner this evening. He has also requested your assistance for this mission. Then-forth, you must rest so that your strength is up to par for tonight's events."
