Freya's P.O.V.

I am sitting on the porch of the pack house while loking at the huge trees that surrounds the whole place. Promto is sitting a meter away from me, guarding me as usual. Sometimes I really feel like I don't have a privacy at all with him always following me but I just shrugged that thought away. Unti-unti na rin akong nasanay sa presensiya nito. He got a very fun and cool personality after all. He tends to lighten up the mood always.

"So what's up with Niflheim and Tenebrae?" Basag ko sa katahimikan.

Napalingon sa akin si Promto. I can see hesitation on his eyes but in just a second it was gone and was replace with a playful smile.

"Tenebrae is the sworn enemy of Niflheim since the day history can remember." Umpisa nito. "The two kingdom is the biggest and most powerful pack here in Eos, they are always fighting for power and territory. A great war broke out 20 years ago that curse the Alpha of Tenebrae. Ravus was force to take over Tenebrae at his young age."
Tahimik lang ako habang nakikinig. For reason, I can feel pity to the guy that he called Ravus, he look probably 8-10 years younger than me. Does it mean that he became an alpha at the age of 10? Isn't that a big responsibility to be given to a 10 year old kid?

"What happened after Ravus takeover?" I ask out of curiosity.

"Well, smaller packs made a move by convincing both kingdom to sign a treaty to end the war. Niflheim gladly accepted it since the previous alpha just really wanted to live in peace, Tenabrae also did the same thing. " Hindi nakaligtas sa paningin ko ang pagtiim ng bagang ni Promto. "Or maybe we thought they did."

"Why?" I squeak upon noticing Promto's dark aura.

"After signing the Treaty, the alpha was brutally killed while on his way back to Niflhiem." Mahigpit na nakakuyom ang kamao nito.

I shivered at the thought that it might be Ravus. Now I understand if Aranea wanted to kill the very moment she knows that I might be Ravus sister.

"Do you have any evidence that Ravus did it?" Tanong ko rito.

Umiling si Promto bilang sagot. "We did not find any evidence but only Ravus has the ability to get the Alpha killed since he is also an Alpha blood. We cannot prove that his guilty that's why we cannot make a move to avenge the death of the previous Alpha."

Napayuko ako. What if Ravus did really killed the previous Alpha? What if I'm really his sister? Anung mukha ang maiiharap ko kay Noctis pag nagkataon? Napabuntong hininga na lang ako. Why do I feel like everything became more complicated?

"Anyway, enough of that kingdom clash topic." Wika ni Promto sa masiglang tono ng mapansin ang paglambong ng lungkot sa mga mata ko. "Wanna know some cool knowledge?" Nakangiting Tanong nito habang nakatingin sa akin.

"Sure, why not?" Kibit balikat kong tugon rito.

Nakangiting tumingala si Promto sa kalangitan. "Do you know that each star that you see in the sky of Eos symbolize each life in this world?"

Kumunot ang noo ko sa sinabi nito. "Really?"

"Yep!" He answered popping the 'p' at the end of it. "Do you see that shining star at the at the top of Irion? It symbolize the life of Noctis."

Napatingin ako si itinuturo nito. "Cool. Noctis's star is so bright. I wonder if I have my own star here too." Wala sa loob na wika ko.

"You do." Napatingin ako rito. Itinuro nito ang dalawang kumikinang na bituin na malayo sa bituin ni Noctis. "That two star symbolize the royalties of Tenebrae. We are wondering before who is the other star since Ravus is the only Royal blood that was left. It turned out that he has a little sister which is you."
