just as when jaemin was putted back to his cell, several police enters their area, those who would usually beats him every night.
they evily grin as they enter jaemin's cell, laughing as they quietly teases him before the other police grab jaemin's collar.
"hey kid, i know you just had a visitor, who is he?" the other guy said.
jaemin roll his eyes as he started laughing teasingly making the other police to just started to get annoyed.
"it's none of your business anyway" jaemin said.
the police just let out a sigh before the other let out a heavy pumch of jaemin's stomach, making the teen to groan from pain as he looses his balance.
jaemin playfully smile as he wipes the blood from his mouth.
the police was about to let out another punch when the door opens, entering the police guy from earlier who helped jaemin and jeno.
"yah, what do you think your doing" he interrupted making them all to turn their heads to face him.
the rest police drop jaemin by before they circle around to the other police. "i know you know the rules of letting visitors in, right? Why do you let someone visit him?"
the hotseated police choked yet he clear his throat before replying courageously. "he--he happen to get pushy and i only let him to drop his things by".
the other police then pull him closer. "tell me, is he his visitor?"
jaemin was eager, it was quiet yet he hear everything the policemen are chatting.
he pitily stare to the police, begging not to tell him as he slightly shook his head.
the police sighed before he pushes the other away from him as he return to his desk. "he-he's a women's son here so he's nothing to do with him" he replied.
it made jaemin to let out a heavy sigh of relief.
the annoyed other police then fixes themself as they started to leave the area as well, letting few kicks first before they lock jaemin again.
"i know that twink has something to do with him, that boy is possibly the one who killed our friend along with him"
jaemin heared it.
"no! No he wasn't! Please don't kill him!" he quickly beg as he force his arm outaide the bars yet he was completely ignored.
his heartbeat started to beat faster, making him to get his nerves to trigger as he started to shake his bars creating noise which distracted the other police.
"hey, hey, are you okay?" the other police said right before the other guys could leave again.
"please, let me out for a moment please, i can't let them to capture him" jaemin begs as he pull the police closer to him.
the police stare at him pitily before he take off jaemin's hands from his arms. "you know i can't, and i can't stop them because i wasn't designated in their case" the police lowly responded. (i really had no ideas about police, crimes and law chuchu so forgive me lmao)
"but they're going to kill jeno! Please!" a tear already fell off from jaemin's eyes.
the police sighed. "i reslly got no ideas about your case but it seems that those police are on the wrong place as well". He said before he started unlocking jaemin's cell and handcuffs.
"im coming with you, i still wanted to make sure" the police said as he assist jaemin to stand up.
"tha-thank you" jaemin mumbles before they quickly leaves the station, secretly drom the backdoor where coincidentally a police mobile awaits.
"wait, is that guy-- who visited you earlier, is he the one who killed our team mates?" the police shockingly asked before he started the engine.
jaemin hang his head low as he nods it making the police to even more furious. "okay, so there's really a bigger advantage for them to capture him"
"you're team mates are beating me up that's why im keeping it as a secret for them not to capture jeno and beat him like what they did to me!" jaemin utters out with hiw voice tone getting deeper.
"okay, okay, but you gotta relax, we can't attack them that easily at first so we need to stand by and watch out first" the police added while driving their ways, trying to find those other police who's aiming for jeno.
jaemin is getting impatient yet he exhaled heavily as he try to comfort himself.
his gaze happens to passes the policeman's license on the car making him to stare at the driving police.
"wha-what are you staring at?" the police awkwardly asked after catching him staring at him.
jaemin chuckled as he shook his head.
"you're jaemin right? And you're a student" the police utters.
jaemin nod his head.
"unique, how young you are to be a criminal".
"it makes me happy so what?"
silence before they manage to catch up the police mobile they're searching so they try not to make obvious as the police slow down his driving.
"mark? You seems pretty young to be a police as well" jaemin sarcastically said.
"i actually just graduated okay?" the police named mark replied with a roll on his eyes.
jaemin chuckled as he let out a soft punch on mark's arm making the other to slightly groan but smirked afterwards.
"anyway, why do you let yourself helps a culprit like me?" jaemin added.
mark remained silent, hesitating whether to answer him or not.
he sighed.
"ju-just trust me, i understand you" mark replied.
jaemin gives him a quick smile as he nod his head.
mark then stop the engine of the vehicle before they could spot a safe place to hide the vehicle before they fixes themselves.
"so tell me, why does jeno has to be in your problem?"
"can you fight well when we're chitchatting?"
mark stopped as a smile formed his lips.
"im good at it so i can try"
