So basically the bold is the writing and italics is the memory's.

I hope up the journal and start reading.

We won the olympics today. We have a gold medal. It's so surreal. And Charlie, he looked so happy and I fell the way he looked. I can't believe it is actually happened.

"I love you. " Charlie whispers as we finish our program.

"I love you too." I reply. We stand up from leaning over and smile.

I lean as my medal is put on. I can't help the smile spreading on my face. I am so happy that this is happening. It's the best day ever. I won with my best friends, it only took 17 years. It was completely worth it.

It was such a beautiful ceremony and after we are off the stage it's photo time. Charlie lifts me onto his shoulders and we hold up our gold medals and smile for the first one. The next few range between silly and serious.

It's a very enjoyable day. We get congratulations from everyone and Jeremy comes up and spins me. "Congratulations!!" He speaks in a whisper to Charlie and I. Jeremy is such a great friend.

"Thanks bro." Charlie replies. It's weir hearing him say bro. That's when I notice the polo under his jacket.

"Charlie, you did not wear a polo under that!" I say. Him and his Polos, in reply he nods. He is such an amazing person and I am so glad I got to win with him.

Just then Charlie walks in the door with the pizza. It smells so good. "Come on mer. Time to eat." I walk over to the table and he throws 2 slices on my plate. I normally don't eat 2 but he knows me so well, and knows I'm hungry.

"Charlie..." I say. Ready to tell him that I remembered. "I remember Sochi."

Is this too short? I don't know it seems really short to me.
