He nervously waited for you to respond. "Why didn't you tell me before?" "Well... I was confused... I didn't know what to do at the time. I don't usually tell anyone and I didn't know how to tell you. I can't let it get out into the public anyways."
"Well now it actually makes sense why you wanted to be friends-with-benefits. Although I don't know why you would cheat on me with your lover." You smiled sadly to yourself looking down thinking about the situation.
You sighed and gathered courage within yourself as you looked up at him to look him in the eyes. "Chanyeol now that I know about this... I still want to be friends with you but lets stop the 'benefits' part of it. It really isn't fair to Baekhyun. You shouldn't cheat on him with me."
Baekhyun looked at you with surprise. Any resentment or anger he felt towards you disappeared. He unfolded his arms and looked at you with sincere eyes for once. You took in a breath. "Thank you for making an effort to get to know me but we can still be friends just not more than that."
You smiled as Chanyeol stood there shocked by your words unable to move or speak and he didn't even know what to think for a moment. "I'll see you Monday Chanyeol." You waved to both him and Baekhyun.
You turned on your heels and walked down the stairs and slowly out of the house.
Chanyeols pov
Her words surprised me. She was right about everything except for the fact that she never let me tell her the part where I was taking a break with Baekhyun. I stood still for moment unsure of what to do.
Baekhyun smiled bitterly when I turned my head and body as I looked at him. He now had his shirt on. He threw my shirt at me as he said flatly, "Go. I know you like her." I looked at him gratefully and apologetically. I put on my shirt and ran after her. I yelled her name. "HYE JUNG!!"
She was right in front of her car about to get in. I sighed in relief and ran to her.
Hye Jungs pov
You had just got to your car door when you heard Chanyeol scream your name. "HYE JUNG!!" You turned your head wondering why he ran after you. He ran to you. "Mwoh?" "You never let me finish explaining." "Okay then finish. Mianhe I thought you were done."
"I was confused for a while but now I finally realize that yes I do like Baekhyun but not the same way I like you. Baekhyun... I broke up with him a while ago... when I met you it was different."
It made sense except... "So then what did I see tonight? What was tonight?" He sighed. "I wanted to clear things up. Instead of that... I ended up messing things up... The truth is that I was drunk and I didn't know what I was doing and so that happened but although you saw something that I wished you didn't I'll tell you what I really feel now."
He took in breath as he gained enough courage and said,"I like you Hye Jung and although I don't know whether you'd want to accept me now that you know I'm bisexual but would you be my girlfriend?"
He brought a soft pink corsage from behind him and smiled hopefully at you. "At least I know you're not gay. Because then I would have no chance." You put out your hand and he happily put it on. He hugged you. "And you should know that I would never hold somebodys gender preferences against them when making a decision."
"Are you going home now?" "Well I guess I won't now that I know you two aren't going out..." He put his arm around your shoulder and led you into the house. You drank some more and then you were just hanging out with him in his room.
