I'm here with another chapter. Hope you enjoy...

It was that time of the day that soccer practice was holding and I decided to go watch Kent while he played on the field. Sport was never so much fun for me. I preferred to be curled up on the couch with a bucket of popcorn close to me while watching a sci-fi. Or better still, mixing up some chemicals in the lab.

Boring right?

But when it came to the people that I love, I would give those things up just to be there for them. Kent knew I didn't have interest in soccer and he always told me I didn't have to bore myself because of him. I could remember that was what he said. But I had noticed whenever he saw me on the bleachers, he was a whole new Kent. A happier one.

Immediately he noticed me, he smiled and waved at me before focusing back on the game.

Bryce was also there on the field and he didn't even try to meet my eyes or look at my direction. It was like I didn't exist to him.

Looking to my left, I could see some girls cheering, jumping and clapping their hands. It wasn't even a serious match, it was just practice. Tia and her friends were also there watching and cheering.

I was beginning to wonder if they were actually clapping because of the match or the boys.

I looked over to the field and I can see Bryce heading towards the net with the ball, dribbling, passing by anyone that came his way and I shifted on my seat.

Come on. Come on.

I watched him pass the ball to Kent and within a blink of an eye, Kent kicked the ball and Voila! It went straight into the net.

"Yes!" I didn't know when I yelled, standing on my feet. I clapped my hands just like the other girls. They wouldn't stop screaming. It was like they won a lottery or something.

I wanted to yell at them as I could feel my stomach churning with rage.

He's mine. I wanted to tell them that but I couldn't. I couldn't even look them in the eyes to tell them that. Even if I could, I'd just turn out to be the obsessive girlfriend. What could I possibly do to people that flirt with my boyfriend right in front of me? They never had regards for my presence even though Kent kept putting them in their place, they kept coming back. Especially the ex girlfriend.

It wasn't like I was the only one who was allowed to cheer for Kent, so I just maintained my cool.

Kent suddenly turned around to look at me and blew me a kiss and I went along by catching it with a smile.

They all looked at me but I just turned my face away. A part of me knew Tia would be burning with rage and probably would have been silently wishing for me to die or just disappear.

I sat back quietly as I watch the boys pass on the ball until it started to feel like the practice of a thing would never finish.

How long were they going to take?

The game finally ended and I realized it was time to leave. Kent rushed to the bleachers to meet me and immediately pressed his lips against mine.

I could have stopped him because I didn't like him kissing me in front of so many people, plus he was all sweaty but I let him. I wanted to pass a message and I was pretty damn sure that they all got it. I was starting to imagine the look on their faces as I smiled at Kent without looking away.

"You didn't have to be here you know" he said and I nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, I know"

He gave a broad smile. "But I'm glad you came"
