Rem (Re:zero) x Male Reader - "Away From Reality, Close To Fantasy"

Re:E-E-E-E-Err- sorry, there seems to be a problem...

I opened my eyes as quickly as I could, but could not. It took a few seconds to fully regain my eyesight. It's too bright. The windows are open, the sun shone so bright. "Ugh.." I grunted "Where..." then I noticed my surroundings. Somehow, it was familiar, then I suddenly remem–HOW COULD I FORGET?!

"rEM!!–"

"What is it, onii-chwan?" a girl rubbed and yawn at the side of my bed.

"L-li'l sis?! Wha–?!" I jumped to sit in surprise. Where am I, really?

"Hm? Mom is downstwairs, talking about swumthing with Dr. Mathwers..." she yawned again.

"what?"

The door opened, Mom came in, all worry and relief masked in her beautiful face. "Y/N! My dear son, what has happened of you?" he hugged me tightly, taking me to her arms. I noticed that Dr. Mathers was watching from outside the room. "Mom? Why... Why am I here?" I took her arms off mine and asked her face to face.

"What do you mean?" she asked, a little shocked.

"Wha... What day is it today?" I asked, my voice seemingly cracked from my thirst. My mom handed me a glass of water. "Today is June 20, year of 2018." Dr. Mathers from across the room answered.

I sat still, stunned, like I couldn't move of shock. Morning breeze passed by made the curtains fly their ends. My brows furrowed. "What?"

"We found you lying in the middle of the road 5 days ago. The day before you got lost. Subaru still isn't found yet.. But you..." my mom made a worried and sad expression on her face. "You were found almost lifeless, your pulse is weak, we thought you're gonna die. Then we saw the bite on your foot... It was..." she paused and looked straight into my eyes. "Gone."

"H-how.."

"We don't know, too. It's really confusing. The day before, it was all purple but the day after it was gone. Even your glasses are broken, we thought you just survived an impact from a car, but–"

"You were not hit by a car. Your glasses are broken, but you don't have any injuries. You were facing the sky, too, when we found you." Dr. Mathers cut in. "If you fell face first, then a wound will appear on your face, but there was none. Even just a scratch, there was nothing." he puts his fingers on his chin. "Do you have any recollections of what happened?"

Constant thoughts came to mind. Was I asleep for day? Were those only dreams? Wha... Then Rem...

"No." I blurted out.

"What?" they all responsed.

"It might be unbelievable but.. I think–I'm sure I got summoned to another world.." I told them seriously.

They all looked at me, dumbfounded. Then mom broke the silence. "We think you need some rest..." she stood up, but I grabbed her hand.

"No." I denied.

"It was real. I have been going back to life over and over and over again in that–" a sudden thought came to my mind. Does this mean... I can tell them anything?

My heart isn't tightening..

"Y/N." my mother took me back to Earth. "Won't you tell us what happened?" she sighed before sitting down. "You.. You'll listen to me?" I asked in surprise, I thought no one would believe me. "I don't have a child that would make a meaningless story." she determiningly said. That's right, I'm her son, she's my mother. My mother raised me right.
