Chapter 9

Alex's POV
I drove to the venue where I had been planning all day. Renting out restaurants in the centre of London is really difficult and it's even more difficult to not get papped. I pulled up to the back of the restaurant and opened the door for Pez. I took her hand in mine and walked up to the door of the restaurant which I pushed open with my free hand. Wow. They'd done a great job, with a table in the corner of the room. Perrie looked at me astonished, "you did this for me?" I nodded and smiled. "Come on let's eat" I said to her. She opened her menu and started to read it, the concentration on her face was priceless.

Perrie's POV
I was astounded, it was our third date and he was doing this for me. I felt so lucky. I studied the menu until I heard Alex laughing at "whatttt?" I whined "the concentration on your face is priceless" he replied, still laughing, I laughed and went back to reading the menu with a smile on my face. This place may sound fancy but this boy knows me well enough already, he knows I don't like fancy. The waiter came to take our order, I ordered spaghetti carbonara and Alex ordered spaghetti bolognese. We talked about work mainly whilst we waited for our food to arrive and when it did, it was delicious. I ate it in literally 3 minutes flat. So did Alex. I found out more about his family, especially his sister. The way he talked about her made me smile, the way he was so proud of her, and it was already clear that she looked up to him as well. I hoped I'd get to meet them properly one day.

Alex's POV
We ordered pudding, Perrie getting a chocolate bomb obviously and me getting tiramisu. We ate them nearly as quickly as our main course. Then I actually had to do it. The main reason I'd planned all of this. Shit I was scared, what if she said no? Pull yourself together Al. It'll be fine, if she says no, you're just gonna have to fight harder to get her. I moved round to sit next to her and she gave me a confused look.
A- "Pez"
P- "Yeah"
A- "willyoubemygirlfriend?"
P- "woah, woah, slow down say that again"
A- "will you be my girlfriend?"
P- "course"
I smiled and then we both leaned in a I felt her soft lips mould with mine. I was in heaven. "Thank you, Perrie" I told her with sincerity rippling through my words. We kissed again. This had quite possibly been one of the best days of my life.

Perrie's POV
Wow. I now had a boyfriend. And he was gorgeous and charming and funny. I was so happy.
