Watchtower

The Spectre was at the Watchtower watching the news on a computer screen. He saw that Coast City was on fire with reporter, Vicky Vale, standing in front. She was broadcasting the news.

"There have been many casualties during this war, many have been wondering if this war is connected to the Kryptonian War and the Atlantean War." Vale said. Spectre turned off the screen. He saw Sinestro and the White Martians coming to the Watchtower. He opened the shield door on the Watchtower so Sinestro and the White Martians could go in.

"Jordan," Sinestro said to Spectre in the Watchtower, "Go to Coast City, kill anyone, anything, that's still alive." He turned to three White Martians, "Bring those three." Spectre flew to the destroyed Coast City.

COAST CITY

Spectre and three White Martians flew to Coast City. The White Martians saw three people and blasted them with their rings. Then, Spectre saw a body lying on the floor. He walked up to it to see that there was a pink crushed ring next to it.

Spectre turned over the body to see it was Carol Ferris, the Star Sapphire. Spectre's eyes turned red. The White Martians pointed their rings at Carol's body but Spectre created a green sword construct. He stabbed two White Martians and cut off the other one's arm. The White Martian kneeled on the floor before Spectre. Spectre kicked the White Martian and cut off it's head.

Spectre went to Carol and held her body in his arms. Carol's eyes were open. Spectre shut them with tears running down his cheeks. He laid Carol down on the floor and charged for the Watchtower, he was going to kill Sinestro for what he did.
