You groan softly as you roll over and cover your eyes as a bright light attacks your eyes. You slowly open your eyes and peek through the gaps in your fingers to see bright lights above you. Once your eyes adjust, you remove your hands and look around the room that you were in. The walls were a shade of light cream and the floor was a while marble- like a hospital room. You frown as you slowly sit up and quickly scan the room before looking down at yourself. You weren't in your own clothes anymore. You were now wearing an oversized green shirt that hung loosely over you. You frown again as brings your knees up to your chest and stare at the door ahead of you.
"Oh, you're awake." A deep voice suddenly sounds from beside you, making you jump. You yelp slightly as you jump back on the bed and turn around to face the person who had spoken. A young man sat on a chair next to the head of your bed and smiled lightly, his smile quite childlike. You scan his face closely and recognise him as the man who came to your apartment.
"Who are you? Where am I?" You blurt out as you stare into the light brown eyes of the man before you. His smile widens into a box as he slowly nods and chuckles softly.
"I didn't even get time to say hello before you passed out." He chuckles deeply, his eyes fixated on you as he smiled. You bite your lip softly as you slowly stop hugging your knees and tuck your hair behind your ear.
"That's not my fault." You mumble as you look away from the man who laughs again. His deep voice entices you to look back at him and he smiles when you do so.
"Well, that's not true. But anyway, I'm Kim Taehyung." The man grins brightly as he ran a hand through his soft brown hair. You nod slowly as you watch him smile constantly.
"What was that thing in my house?" You mumble softly as you look down at the blanked laying on top of you and pick at it lightly. Taehyung chuckles deeply and watches you for a moment, a light sigh leaving his lips.
"A demon. Do you not know?" Taehyung asks softly as his smile fades and his brow creases. You frown and look up at his expression, tilting your head slightly.
"Know what?" You repeat slowly as you bite shout lip and watch as Taehyung frowns more then looks towards the door. You also look at the door and sigh. "What is it that i don't know?" You mutter as you look back towards Taehyung who was now looking at you, still frowning but now biting his lip.
"Can you wait here? Like, for a few minutes." Taehyung sighs as he runs a hand through his hair and stands up quickly. You frown and open your mouth to speak but no words come out. Instead, you pull the blanket off you and get out of bed, granting you a deep sigh from Taehyung and another frown.
"You don't need to come. You need to rest." Taehyung softly smiles at you as he rests his large hands on his shoulders and pushes you towards the bed again.
"No, I want to come. You've kidnapped me anyway so you might as well let me come wherever your going." You insist as you stare up at him and realise how tall he really was. You gulp slightly and shrug off his hands before taking a step forwards towards him. Taehyung chuckles and shakes his head as he takes a step back.
"Fine." He replies smugly a she raises his eyebrows and pushes his tongue against his cheek. He then spun around on the spot and glided towards the door with you in tow. You follow him quietly into the hall of an old looking building that had been modernised. You look around at the machines and wires that multiplied the further into the building you got and gulp slightly as you take in the unfamiliar place.
"Taehyung, why is she out of her room?" A sudden voice behind you alarms you and makes you stop in your tracks and turn around to face the person it came from. Taehyung chuckles softly behind you and walks slowly up to you, draping his arm over your shoulder as he does so.
"Yoongi hyung, she's not an animal. She's just... special." Taehyung argues with a bright smile on his face. The angry looking man before you sighed and ruffled his shockingly blonde hair before looking up at Taehyung with bored eyes.
"You know that she's meant to stay in there just in case we are raided because of her." The man named Yoongi argued back with an indifferent, soft tone that made his voice purr with each word. Taehyung scoffed at his words and removed his arm from around you reluctantly.
"What is going on?" You butt in suddenly, cutting Taehyung off before he could say any more. Yoongi crosses his arms and raises an eyebrow as Taehyung inhales sharply and ruffled his hair.
"You haven't even told her?" Yoongi growled softly as he stared at Taehyung who chuckles nervously and glances down at you You raise an eyebrow at Yoongi and clear your throat, urging for an answer.
"I assumed she knew." Taehyung muttered as he mimicked Yoongi by crossing his arms. Yoongi scoffed and stuffed his hands in his pockets as he looked Taehyung up and down.
"Knew what!?" You exclaimed as you looked between the two men either side of you. Yoongi shakes his head and begins to slowly walk away as Taehyung sighs deeply and grabs your arm.
"Just come on." Taehyung mutters as he gently pulls you forwards by your arm. You sigh as you reluctantly drag your feet behind him and glance back in the direction of where Yoongi went. "You don't know who you are, do you? Besides obviously your name." Taehyung hums lightly as he lets go of your arm and looks down at you.
"Well apparently not. Who am I then?" You retaliate grumpily as you cross and glance up at Taehyung who smirked in reply. You gulp and look away quickly, focusing on the floor in front of you. Taehyung chuckles softly and pats your head with a big, box smile.
"Your special, Y/N. More special then any of us here. You're like a hunter but better." Taehyung replies slowly as he tucked his hands in the pockets of his trousers. You frown deeply and glance up at him once more, observing how his light brown hair bounced around on his forehead with each step.
"A hunter? What sort? Is it like a family thing?" You blurt out as you tuck your hair behind your ear and continue to look at Taehyung who's smile widened more with each question. You paid no attention to ahead of you as you scanned Taehyung's face and took in each of his features, like the freckle on his lip.
"A demon hunter, Y/N." Taehyung smiles as he grabs your shoulders and pulls you into his side. You yelp slightly as you see someone dive out of the way of you two because you almost walked into them.
And then it hit you.
