Jungkook groans softly as he shuffles down the stairs slowly and rubs his eyes. He thought he must have been awake early because he couldn't hear Taehyung making loads of noise down in the kitchen, like he usually does. Silently, he yawns and makes his way up the kitchen to see if Taehyung was in there. Jungkook slowly pushes open the kitchen door and sighs deeply when he sees no one in there. Just as he turned to leave, he spots a little note on the fridge. He shuffles towards quickly and snatches it off, his heart dropping as he reads it.
"We've gone to a beach...portal should still be open." Jungkook reads out loud slowly to make sure he was reading correctly. "TaeTae, where are you?" Jungkook whispers, his voice shaking with tears as he does so. He clutches the note tight in his hand and rushes back upstairs to Namjoon's room where he knocks on the door furiously.
"What is it?" Namjoon groans deeply from inside the room as he slowly gets out of bed and shuffles towards the door. "This better be important." He grumbles to himself as he opens the door to see Jungkook almost in tears. "What is it?" Namjoon asks quickly as he snatches the note from Jungkook's hand and reads it over and over.
"We have to find them. What if they get taken? How do we find them?" Jungkook mumbles quickly as he balls his fists in his hair to hold back his tears. Namjoon sighs deeply as he pulls Jungkook into a hug and continues to read the note.
"Breathe, Jungkook. They'll be okay. Get the others and tell them to meet me at the front door. Hopefully the portal is still active." Namjoon explains slowly as he lets go of Jungkook and pats his shoulder gently. Jungkook nods as he quickly wipes his tears and scurries off down the hall.
"What was that about? Was it another bad dream?" Jin mumbles softly from Namjoon's bed as he rolls over to face him. Namjoon chuckles softly as he closes the door and moves back towards the bed quickly.
"I wish it was just a bad dream. Taehyung's got himself into trouble and brought Y/N along with him." Namjoon explains slowly as he perches on the edge of the bed and looks down at Jin who rolls his eyes.
"It feels like we are the fucking parents of these lot. Jeez. What trouble is he in?" Jin rants as he sits up in the bed and rests his head on Namjoon shoulder who chuckles softly.
"He's gone off through some portal to a beach somewhere and could be exposing himself and Y/N. Now that I think about it, I do feel like a parent, actually." Namjoon sighs and he rubs his temple as Jin shuffles out of bed to grab his clothes.
"Better get searching then, daddy." Jin chuckles softly as he quickly pulls on his clothes. Namjoon scoffs from the bed and raises an eyebrow at him as he gets changed.
"So, what are you then? Momma Jinnie?" Namjoon jokes in return as he stands from the bed and moves quickly towards the door with Jin in tow.
"I don't know. If your into that stuff, then sure." Jin smiles as he follows closely behind Namjoon who was speeding down the hall to the stairs. The others were already waiting by the door impatiently when they reached the bottom of the stairs and didn't look too pleased to see them.
"Please, rush a little faster. We aren't running out of time or anything." Yoongi growls sarcastically as he taps his foot on the floor rhythmically. Namjoon rolls his eyes as he pulls open the door quickly and frowns. There was no beach. The only thing they saw right now was the street.
"Tae said it would still be open." Jungkook mumbles as he walks towards the door and looks out at the street. Namjoon growls slightly as he slams the door closed and shakes his head. Jungkook silently backs away from the door with his head down and sighs.
"We don't know how long ago they left, and if something did happen, they-or someone else- would've closed it to either protect us or keep us away from wherever they are." Namjoon grumbles under his breath as he quickly paces the floor.
"The group that's after Y/N- what's their name and where's their base?" Hoseok asks out as he leans on the wall and tucks his hands in his pockets. Namjoon shakes his head and waves his hand dismissively as if it wasn't important.
"Don't know and don't know." Yoongi grumbles in return as he looks up to the ceiling thoughtfully. "But we can find out." He adds slowly as he looks back down at Hoseok with a small smile.
"How do we find out all that?" Jimin asks softly as he opens the door a crack to see if anything had changed. Yoongi and Hoseok exchange knowing glances and nod quickly.
"Same way you found Taehyung, I suppose?" Jin pipes up as he glances between Yoongi and Hoseok who nod again. Namjoon hums lightly in agreement as he turns to face the group once more with a small smile.
"We all go this time." Namjoon announces proudly, almost as if he thought he had come up with the idea. Yoongi shook his head in slight disapproval and glances at Hoseok who shrugs softly.
"Where's Jungkook?" Jimin asks softly as he looks around with a small frown. Namjoon waves his hand dismissively once again which causes Jimin to frown deeply. "I'm going to find him." Jimin mumbles as he pushes past Namjoon and heads to the kitchen.
