"Y/N, come here." Your mother grumbles quickly as she stares intently at the window with a deep frown. You smile softly as you take a sip of your tea and look over at her with a slightly confused expression. "Now, please." She demands once more as she holds a hand out to you, her eyes never once leaving the window.
"Is there something wrong?" You ask softly as you stand up with a frown and slowly walk over to her as she glanced at your for a second. She quickly nods and quickly smiles before pulling you into a tight hug.
"Remember this: I'm always with you, so long as you keep this safe." Your mother whispers quickly into your ear as she slips a necklace around your neck. You frown deeply and start to speak but she hushes you quickly, hissing in your ear as she holds you. "Don't hate me for this." She whispers quickly before turning you around so her back was to the window as a round of bullets suddenly burst through and hit her back, your own mother becoming a human shield for you.
A shill cry escapes your lips as you clutch tightly onto your dead mother who was slowly collapsing to the ground with you. You cry deeply as you lay flat on the ground on top of the bloody body that was once your living mother as bullets attack the wall behind you. As you look down at her peaceful face, you finally see the necklace hanging around your neck. A small, blue jewel hung from a light gold chain around your neck and glowed softly the longer you looked at it. You slowly bring your shaky hand up to hold it and as you do, you immediately feel a rush of power surge through your body, along with adrenaline and fury.
You gradually bring your eyes up to the window where the bullets were gently streaming through and slowly begin to stand, a deep frown forming on your face as you hold the jewel. Slowly, you walk towards the window, the bullets seeming to miss you completely and stand with a blank face in the open of where the glass once was. The men firing continue to shoot, their aims all directly at you and twice as deadly but each individual bullet misses you and finds the wall behind you, almost as if no solid thing could hurt you as you clutched to the blue jewel.
You growl softly as you stare at the men and slowly raise your hand, pointing it towards them and close your eyes as you release a deep breath. The gunfire gradually stops and everything falls silent before a great roar of fire engulfs the silence. You open your eyes to see a thick jet of burning flames protruding from your hand and covering all the men, burning them quickly and brutally. Once the last man had collapsed to a fiery death, your legs go from beneath you and send you crashing down to the floor.
"Jungkook!" You scream as you slowly crawl towards your mothers body, tears filling your eyes as you reach her and cup her dead face. Your hearing fades out as your vision blurs and you clutch tightly onto her, wishing she would come back. In the distance somewhere, you hear a deep voice calling out your name and then being called again by a lighter voice before a light sound of crunching follows of people standing on broken glass.
"Y/N, what happened?" Taehyung cups your face quickly, shocking you and bringing you out of your trance as he looks deeply into your tear filled eyes. The moment you realise it was him, you break. You leap into his arms and cry harder then you've ever cried before. Jungkook stands by the window and glances between you and the dead men, keeping a close eye for if anyone was on their way to the house again. Taehyung holds you tightly, hushing you with soft whispering as your tears soak his shirt.
"We got attacked." You cry out as you hold him tighter then you've ever held anyone before. Taehyung glances at Jungkook who nods slightly and heads towards once of the other rooms in the back of the house. Taehyung gently kisses your temple as he holds you and slowly slips one arm under your legs and holds you with the other before picking you up gently.
"Jungkook's going to take us home now. Is that okay?" Taehyung whispers softly as he looks down at you with soft eyes, his now dark hair covering them slightly. You reluctantly let go of holding Taehyung and glance down at your mother before nodding slowly. Taehyung smiles ever so slightly as he begins to walk to where Jungkook was conjuring a portal, like the one you came here in.
"Don't let go of me. Please." You whisper to Taehyung as he crouches down to let you go. Jungkook smiles softly at Taehyung who nods and stands straights, now holding you slightly tighter.
"Don't worry, I'll protect you forever Y/N." Taehyung smiles down at you as he steps towards the portal slowly and glances at Jungkook who nods. Taehyung takes a deep breath before stepping into the portal, being closely followed by Jungkook who swiftly closed the portal afterwards.
