I don't know how, but I was able to run after that guy with the backpack. They looked more and more masculine the longer I chased after them. "Hey!" I screamed as we ran through the streets of Coralon. "Stop!" Of course, they guy didn't stop. It was pretty helpless of my to be yelling at the criminal begging him to stop, but I was struggling to keep up.

He made many random turns. Left, left, right, left, right. I was starting to feel dizzy. He glanced back at me through the black mask, moving even more agile when seeing that I was right behind him. Just keep going.. I thought. I can't lose this guy. After running for what felt like hours, I started to realize that the thief had been avoiding crowded streets. Almost like he was leading me away.

I tried my best to stop him. Using my earth powers, I tossed a huge clump of dirt at him.

He dodged it.

I shot fire and air balls at him as well, but still wasn't able to hit him. "Wait! Stop please!" I yelled again, launching myself in front of him with all my might. I landed in front of him, causing him to pause, and held out my hand with a flame in it. "Don't. Move," I huffed. I glared angrily at him, searching his eyes for a sign that he was ready to give up. But his eyes showed no emotion. I couldn't tell if he was scared, angry or even upset.

Not being able to tell his intentions slightly scared me, but I quickly regained my confidence and held the flame higher. "Listen kid," I sighed. "There must be some misunderstanding. You have something I want, so if you'd just come with me we'll figure thi-" His movement made me suddenly pause. He held up his hand, pointing a finger behind me. "What?" I mumbled, turning around and causing the flame to die out.

I didn't understand what he pointed to. All I saw behind me was the empty, barren street with a few empty stalls and old houses at the sides. "The heck?" I quickly turned back to face him. Annoyedly, I screamed. He was gone. "Of course!" I groaned dashing along the path, trying to find him. This guy..... he's in BIG trouble! I thought furiously.

Who did he think he was? Casually coming into my kingdom and ruining things. He stole. He was a criminal. This guy had to pay for what he had done. I refused to give up. No matter how hard the headache pounded, no matter how tired I was..... I was determined to catch the thief.

Eventually, I caught back up to him, spotting him hopping down from a building. "HEY!" I screamed, even causing him to flinch slightly. It still didn't stop him from running. Boosting myself with the air, I hopped onto the side of a building and gripped the end of my fluffy dress to make it easier for me to move.

I rose the floor to my level and jumped higher. When I was high enough I swiped my hand towards the thief, adrenaline pumping faster than the pained feeling in my skull. A huge wave of powerful air appeared, zooming down towards him just as I jumped down.

The wind stuck his back as hard as I had expected, causing him to tumble forward and land flat on his face. I quickly rushed over towards him, gripping my stomach as I panted heavily.

My green dress was torn and dirty and dark brown messy hair was thrown over my shoulders. I must have lost my grey sweater since the cold wind was harshly blowing on my skin. It was a good thing that we were away from other civilians; if anyone saw me, they wouldn't believe I was their Princess!  "....okay, th-that was... not what I had expected..." I muttered, glaring at him. He was laying still on the floor.

The attack that I gave him must have knocked him out. That was probably what he deserved after all the trouble he caused. "Now to take what's rightfully mine..." I sighed and reached for the backpack.

He flinched, probably when he heard my voice and swiped his legs. The guy knocked me over, startling me when I saw he was still conscious. I glanced at his glaring eyes when I noticed some fresh blood between them.

I didn't know I hurt him THAT much... I thought. Sure he was a criminal and deserved severe punishment, but I never meant for him to be so physically hurt to the point where he would bleed.

He started to slowly approach me as I widened my eyes. I was in such a vulnerable spot; on the ground. I knew he was angry, this time I could see it in his eyes. Clearly, he was about to attack my, but I refused to have any of it.

I quickly jumped up, holding my right hand steadily towards him which caused the criminal to freeze. "Enough," I deadpanned. "This is the end of the line for you mister." I spat, glaring at him. He clenched his fist in front of his face and got into a fighting stance. Not again... I thought annoyedly. It looked like he was getting ready to use his powers when his eyes widened, like he realized something.

Slowly he lowered his hand, his eyes darting from side to side. Suddenly he dashed to the right, like he was trying to make an escape. His actions caught me off guard but I was able to create a wall tall enough to stop him. Quickly, he turned around and ran towards the building but I blocked him again. "Don't even try!" I yelled. He froze when he noticed another wall blocking him, completely preventing him from moving in any direction.

The thief made a deep chuckle, sending shivers down my spine. Then, he grabbed the bag from his back and tossed it in front of me. I narrowed my eyes as he fell roughly on his knees and held up his hands in surrender.

I held my hand at him, ready to encase him in a tight dirt prison until something stopped me. A feeling... in my head. It was the most horrible feeling I had ever experienced. I clutched my head, groaning in annoyance. "No no no... n-not now!" I yelled as I fell to the ground, screaming in agony and squeezing my eyes. The headache felt like my brain was slowly being ripped from my mind.

Just like when I was with Mr. Ron and Ms. Suzy, I felt a tingling feeling as I sensed my control over my body slowly slip away from me. Then the two ovals appeared again. I slowly opened my eyes, noticing a blank room surrounding me. I couldn't move my body, only watch through the holes. I gasped as the view moved up towards the thief who was now standing with wide eyes. Confused, I noticed the 'eye like' holes bend upwards like some sort of smile was moving my cheeks.

The only thing was that I wasn't smiling. I had an unsettling feeling in my stomach before I gulped nervously. Suddenly, I felt control over my body....

Right before my eyes shut tight and I fell unconscious.
