First quote: "It's all in your head now"

A line meant to be taken quite literal in the context of Nightmare on Elm Street. Skeptics of Freddy’s powers often tell those it effects that they’re just imagining it, or that it’s “Just in their heads.” In the case of Freddy Krueger, who invades the dreams of his victims and any wounds he inflicts carry over from the dream world to the real world, this expression couldn’t be any more real.

Second quote: "Craven"

Basically this is just in reference to the director of Nightmare on Elm Street, Wes Craven.

Third quote: "Wicked when I was just a man, but sickening now and fed by fear"

The character of Freddy Krueger was a horrible man in the films by preying on young children, abducting them and eventually killing them. When he was murdered by the parents of the town he was brought back to "life" by dream demons that feed on fear. Fear is what he now preys on and it gives him strength.
