A/N If you couldn't tell from the title, this chapter will be including some aspects of the 5th Harry Potter book. The timeline is a bit earlier in the summer here, though. Hope you enjoy ;D

Percy's POV

Walking around outside with Dudley wasn't really my cup of tea. Sure we were cousins, but we came from wildly different backgrounds. Dudley reminded me of those snobbish rich kids from those schools that I got kicked out of. But there I was, standing outside with him (after I asked Mom's permission, of course) walking down the street to the local park to meet up with his friends 'for tea'. Personally, I didn't get how my aunt and uncle actually believed that he was meeting friends for tea. What fifteen-year-old meets their friends for tea, even if they were British?

"So, Dudley, what are your friends like?" I asked, not really caring about the answer.

"My mates are great. Tonight we're finding the kid that cheeked me an teaching him a lesson."

What did he mean by 'teaching him a lesson'? Whatever he was doing, I resolved to not be apart of it. I told Dudley that there was no need to wait for me, and I settled for sitting on the only working swing in the park and waited for Harry.

Harry's POV

I went back upstairs to write my letter to Sirius. I did think about writing letters to Ron and Hermione too, but quickly thought otherwise. Neither of them had given me any useful information before, and I doubted that they would be able to answer my questions about my cousin (though Hermione would try her best). I pulled out a piece of paper and a pen (I wasn't going to use parchment and a quill over the holidays) and began to write my letter:

Dear Sirius,
I hope everything is going well for you. Could you tell me what is going on? All I know is that you guys are all together; and I'm stuck here, at the Dursleys.
Speaking of the Dursleys, my mom's (-and Aunt Petunia's) cousin, Sally, has come to visit with her son and husband. They are much more pleasant than the Dursleys. My 'cousin' Percy is very interesting. His school record is crazy-- he was kicked out of 8 schools and said that 'weird things' happen to him (or something like that). He also makes odd thing happen with water. He seems like a wizard- but acts completely muggle (he's of age).
Anyways what do you make of this? I'm sick of being cooped up here all the time. I can't wait to see you again!
~Harry
