Hi guys back with another unread chapter...at this point I don't even know why iv written this book I guess for myself?

Onto the story!!!

Alama's POV

"Doctor how's she holding up?" I say standing by her bed holding Mj's hand

"She's getting better but she still will be in bed for a few more days" the doctor responds while dabbing Athena's head with a wet cloth

"Are you sure I can't just heal her! Then she'd be back to normal" I say slightly distraught

She turns around and looks at me kindly

"Miss Darkheart you know that's not a stable way to do this...we don't know how that will pan out and it could be deathly if preformed wrong, her injuries are just too diverse for healing All we can do is wait"

I look over to Athena in despair, this was my fault.

Iv pretty much killed my own daughter!

I could of healed Melody, I could of saved her but I stood there..

For what!

Athena's POV

I start to wiggle my eyes open again and look around too see Alama, Mj, Dr metomiaz and Melody

My memories come flooding back remembering what was happening. How I felt, how I was in pure rage

I start to get up and my head is a bit dizzy so I get out of bed

Everyone looks up to see me standing and awes

"Athena!" Alama jumps up and hugs me

I didn't hug back I just stood there but I did hug my dad

"Athena do you remember anything?" My eyes go dark

"Far too much, but as guardians we have to move forwards"

I watched as her smile slowly disappeared

"I'm going out to the forest" I say getting up and leaving

She wanted me to be a guardian?

I'm walking around the forest and I take her diary out of my bag, I analyse it and just stare at the cover

"Athena?" Alama comes into view leaning on a tree

"Oh yay you found me" i sarcastically say fake smiling

"I think you forgot, use to be the guardian of this forest" She says tapping on the tree

"Your right I did" she didn't seem happy with my answer

She starts to walk closer

"You know, you could show me more respect? I am your mother" she says smugly sitting down next to me

"Yeah right you haven't earned the name, all you are is a child leaver who screws peoples lives" she shrivels in regret and Athena forces a small laugh

"Yeah to soon. I probably have somewhere to be"

"And I have something to do" I say getting up and leaving when the diary falls out of my shoulder pouch

Alama walks over to it and picks it up examining the book

"Can't believe you even found this. Let me guess, you read it?" I turn around and nod

"Well this might be the reason you hate me so much...I'm just letting you know a lot I wrote in this book was just the bad stuff, I was angry with my life and exaggerated A LOT" she says staring at it

"So the murdering hundreds just to retrieve things for the elders was exaggerated? I know you were just there little escape goat, all you did was go on the missions others wouldn't" I remember reading about her just going on small missions

Not important ones but just getting things the elders needed

"Everyone has done something there not proud of Athena and as much as you might hate it...I'm your mother, I'm the one who named you. As long as you live, you are under my name" she's right but so ever wrong

"You May of given me my first name but my name is Athena Corrilanda the dragon slayer" I walk away smirking

I can just imagines the saints face, I would turn back to admire it but like I said I have something to do

Better honour my name

OK damn I wasn't expecting Alama to sound so like bitchy in that but it definetly came across also just letting you know Corrilanda in the forest language means silver lining so she's the silver lined dragon SLAYER!!!!

Ooooooo wonder how Alama feels bout this????
