LIEUTENANT PRINCE STOOD tall with her arms crossed analysing the recruits. Just one quick glance and she had already known everything about the men from their names to their personality. Not that she was a telepath, but even the toughest of men gave away so much by their facial expressions. That and the fact that she can read the sheets from her slightly far distance.

Although, over the last 22 years Diana had mastered reading people. This was most likely because of the way she cut herself off from friends or partners. She was never someone to talk in a conversation, instead she decided to hear or watch from afar. Despite being friends with Bucky and Steve for a while, she never found herself opening up deeply to them. The most they knew about her was the death of Steve Trevor; of course even mentioning his death brought a pang to Diana's heart. She had been moving on, and her fondness towards Steve Rogers made her forget about the pain of her previous lovers death. To put it simply, the two boys were helping Diana move on tremendously.

She wouldn't know what to do if she lost Steve and Bucky.

Diana blinked and snapped her eyes up at the men. They all stared at her with lustful eyes as most greedy men would, but the princess looked past it. She was a modest woman, humility was a gift to her. She didn't believe she was better than anyone, she just believed in herself.

"Recruits, attention! Gentlemen, I'm Lieutenant Colonel Prince. I supervise all operations for this division alongside Agent Carter who will be here soon." Diana spoke, hoping her accent wouldn't shock them too much. She sounded and looked the furthest thing from American.

Unfortunately, one man chuckled from the line.

"What's with the accent? Thought I was signing up for the U.S. Army not the Arabs." He smirked wickedly, Steve fought hard to roll his eyes at the racist remark, his jaw clenched as he curled his fist.

Diana's head snapped over to the man, a dark look within her eyes. Her almost brown complexion had gotten her some nasty comments over the years. She was far from the blonde hair blue eyed beauty that was valued in westernised countries.

"What is your name, soldier?" She said as she slowly moved closer to him. Hodge swallowed thickly, slightly regretting his choice to make a remark, but his pride was getting the better of him.

"Gilmore Hodge, gorgeous."

"Who do you fight for?" She asked ignoring his previous comment. He look slightly intimidated as she was slightly taller than him but fought it off.

"The U.S." He stated proudly.

"And what are you fighting for?" She asked another question.
