Steve stood over the map, tracing his memory of HYDRA facilities while Diana mirrored his efforts, her presence a steady support in the dimly lit room. The weight of their mission pressed upon them, each marking on the map a testament to their shared determination to eradicate the forces of evil that threatened their world.

"Here, in Poland, near the Baltic," Steve pointed out, his finger tracing a line on the map. "And the sixth one, about here, 30, 40 miles west of the Maginot Line."

Diana nodded in agreement, her gaze focused as she made her own markings on the map. Despite the urgency of their task, doubts nagged at her mind, a lingering reminder of the challenges she faced in gaining the trust of those around her.

Once the map was taken away, Steve expressed his uncertainty, prompting a dismissive response from Phillips. Diana offered Steve a reassuring smile, silently reminding him that they were in this together, flaws and all.

As they moved on to the next map, Phillips outlined their plan of action, assigning Peggy to coordinate with MI6 while emphasizing the need for urgency in their search for the main HYDRA base. Steve wasted no time in voicing his commitment to the cause, his words met with a smile from Diana, her unwavering support a testament to their unbreakable bond.

"What about us?" Steve asked, making the Colonel turn to look at him.

"We are gonna set a fire under Johann Schmidt's ass." He stated. "What do you say, Rogers, Prince? It's your map, you think you can wipe Hydra off of it?"

"Yes, sir. But I think we'll need more than just me and Diana." Steve said, looking to Diana for confirmation— to which she nodded.

"We're already putting together the best men." Phillips said, frowning.

"And with all due respect, sir. So are we." Steve said bluntly which made Diana smile.

Their meeting adjourned. Diana found herself in a pub, the atmosphere charged with a mixture of anticipation and uncertainty. All eyes turned to her as she entered, her presence commanding attention. Diana stared around as if she hadn't even realised anybody was looking. Tugging slightly on her red dress, she caught the eyes of Bucky and Steve and started walking towards them.

She moved to stand in front of the men, not before giving a slight uncomfortable cough when she felt Bucky staring at her behind.
