Epilogue

The sun shone brightly, lighting the classroom; completely different from the vibe. The air was tense as everyone paid attention and prayed to god that their names were on that list.

The exams were difficult; one needed to pass in order to graduate. And the pass rate raised from fifty to sixty percent.

Students crossed their fingers, one particular blonde especially.

"You'll pass don't worry." Hinata patted his back.

In turn Naruto groaned,"How can you be so sure?" At this she giggled,"I helped you study remember? Besides the exam wasn't that hard.."

"Easy for you to say Hina, you always get good marks," Naruto grumbled,"and I just did a buncha random shit on the paper!" He complained.

Hinata laughed. "You'll pass I swear."

"Fucking believe it." He turned away, red dusting his cheeks.

The board was once again crowded by student each wanted to see the passing graduates.

The pair scanned the board.

"Look I found mine!" Hinata practically jumped in joy when she show Naruto.

"Still better than nothing dobe." Sasuke stood near him, smirking.

"Ha! I probably did better than you!" The blonde glared accusingly at him. The smirk never left the Uchiha's face, in fact it only got wider until it turned into a full out smile.

Naruto looked at the board, and if possible his jaw dropped to the floor.

Everyone did pass the exam, some surprisingly doing better than others.

Shikamaru got the highest ranking in the exams, followed by Sakura and the Sasuke.

Sakura went on ahead in Medical school to study, well Medicine. Sasuke went ahead in his pursuit in Law school.

Lee followed in his sensei's footsteps and opened his very own dojo.

Shikamaru decided to take a little break, claiming, "It's too troublesome."

And the others did turn out well.

"Hina-hime I'll miss you." Naruto hugged Hinata tightly, as if she would disappear any second.

"I'll miss you too." She whispered in the embrace.

"Call us." Sakura spoke up.

"I will." Hinata replied smiling.

"I'll take care of the dobe, don't worry."

"Hey!" Naruto glared at the Uchiha, but there was no spite in his voice.

Hinata then proceeded to head through to the plane.

"So no goodbye kiss?" Naruto grinned. Hinata smiled and walked back towards him.

Their lips collide for a slow, passionate kiss. There were no sparks, like what's in the books or movies.

Just a kiss.

But at that moment, it meant everything.
