Note: please reread the previous chapter if you forgot the events. But to save the bother I'll retell real quick. Irene made sure to put Carter in jail for a long time, Mr. Emthworth offered Irene a huge deal which included travelling the world with him and Irene seems confused to his motives that's it. ENJOY!

Your young soul feels so alone,

Under the dark sky she cried its misery to the moon.

You feel like no one gets you.

Passing your days with vacant eyes,

without knowing if the next day will also get through.

In the deep cold water you hold your shaky breath,

counting till you can't.

Unwanted life waiting for a change,

For it to be wanted,

For it to be loved.

You yearn to feel like you belong,

But you only know how to spell 'abandoned'.

So, you'll go to where they say heaven is.

Where you'll never feel alone again.

So, you'll go to where they call home,

Where you shall find open windows,

And where a midsummer lullaby is always on repeat.

Into the 'new world' that's what they said.

I kept turning in my bed hoping that sleep will embrace my conscious again, but I know that I'm too awake and too late to embrace it back. From what I've heard, people wish at least once in their life time to sleep and never wake up again. I wonder why's that? note the sarcasm please.

Today is Helen's only  day off and truth to be told I'm relieved. Since yesterday, after Aiken left my office she kept on bugging me on what did he want from me and I tried my best to avoid her arrows of curiosity, but I was truly exhausted by the end of the day. I mean I know she's curious, but this is just 'Helen gone mad' phase that I didn't want to encounter again . She went to the extent of bribing me with a ride on her motorbike and let me tell you that she has never let any one ride this piece of art except her. I was going to  give in really, but I just didn't want to deal with her outburst of how naive and foolish I am when she knows.

After a long needed shower I headed downstairs to get some breakfast in the garden. I was absentmindedly eating my pancakes when my phone started booming'I pick all my skirts to be a little too sexy, just like all of my thoughts they always get a bit naughty' what the hell? where did that came from? Ugh Helen messed with my phone's ringtone again 'When I'm out with my girls I always play a bit bitchy' it kept ringing as I fiddled to get it out of my pocket seriously Tata Young, seriously? I heard the maid who stood beside me giggle at my ringtone, sweet.

I picked up my phone sighing, "Hello, Irene speaking." I said monotonously.

"Good morning dear it's mum" my mother's voice was laced with honey. Too bad I hate sweets.
