After a long few days of nausea, John was finally better. Well, not better, amazing. During the days he was sick, Alex was right there to cuddle him and plant kisses on his head. Honestly, John was surprised Alex didn't get sick as well. He didn't dare question it though. He knew his cheesy boyfriend would come up with an adorably lame excuse such as, "I'm you superhero, and superhero's don't get sick."

John sat on the couch, wrapped up in a fluffy blanket watching Beauty and the Beast. Even though he was feeling completely better, he kind of milked a few days for all the love and cuddles. Suddenly, someone opened the door. To John's surprise, it wasn't Alexander.

"Bonjor Mon Ami!!" his best friend, Lafayette, exclaimed as he plopped on the couch next to John.

"Babe the dude's sick! Stop yelling!" Lafayette's boyfriend. Hercules, also exclaimed. You couldn't blame him though. His voice was naturally loud. Hercules sat beside Lafayette.

"May I ask how and why you both just broke into my dorm?" John asked, as if this didn't happen literally all the time. Hercules and Lafayette looked at each other like five year olds that were blaming each other for stealing the last cookie. Hercules nervously laughed, "Heh, um, we heard you were sick and wanted to check on you, but the door was locked. So...Laf broke your lock."

Lafayette's eyes widened. "N-NON! LIAR!" His boyfriend narrowed his eyes. "Babe, when I told you the door was locked, you literally yelled, 'I refuse to be stopped by a puny lock,' and then broke the lock off with your elbow."

John cleared his throat. "Um, excuse me, WHY DIDN'T YOU TRY FUCKING KNOCKING!?"

Both Lafayette and Hercules gave a blank stare. Laf eventually decided to avoid it. "Aaaanyways. Word on the street is, Thomas Jefferson is throwing the biggest party of the year tonight!"

John blinked. "Thomas Jefferson? Isn't he, like, the biggest asshole in America?" Hercules muttered, "..and France.." which earned him a slap on the arm from Lafayette. "Hush. Be nice, He's my cousin and whether or not I want to, I love him."

"So, why the hell would I want to go to Jefferson's party?" John scoffed.

"Mon Ami, everyone is going! It's going to be the greatest party of the year! It's in a fucking mansion! Plus, he specifically told me to make sure you come along."

John gave a look of confusion. "Me? Why me?"

Lafayette shrugged. "I'm not sure. But he told me to tell you that he hopes you can make it."

John thought about it for a second. I mean, Thomas was the one who uploaded that picture of Alex and John in the first place, but then again, it's a party in a frickin mansion! This experience may never come again.

"Alright. I'm in."
