After that Veronica was about to leave but, she stumbled and feel to the sand. I quickly ran to her and picked her up and took her home. I knocked on the door and there again her mother opened it for me. I took Veronica to her bed and tucked her in and gave her a kiss goodnight. I went down the stairs and just as I was about to leave someone started talking.

"I didn't think I'd see you here again." Melody said. "I didn't think I would see you either Miss Melody." I said with a smile.

"You must be a keeper then Shawn Mendes." She said with a smile and patted my back. She walked me to the door and we said our goodbyes. As I went back to my house I realized I had left my phone on my bed, and I had a lot of messages and missed calls. All from the same person, Liz. Liz has been getting annoying because she always looks at me digested when I talk to Veronica, I probably won't talk to her ever again, even though she is my neighbor. She called me almost 50 times, and sent me over 100 texts, how much free time does she have? I just ignored her and went out to my balcony to see if Veronica was awake. I could see that her light was on but she wasn't out on the balcony.

"So you're ignoring me!" A voice called behind me, uh oh Liz. I turn around to see a very angry Liz.

"What are you talking about, Liz?" I lied, but she didn't fall for it.

"You're hilarious, Mendes" she said she had a twinkle in her eyes but not the good kind. "I've been calling you." She said in an evil way.

"My phones dead." I lied again and heard a door open.

"Whatcha doing, Mendes." I hear from behind me, oh no Veronica. I turn around and smile at her.

"Just looking at the view." I said lying. I wanted to see her, but Liz just had to be there.

"Oh I see." Liz said and left slamming her door behind her. I could hear screaming and smashing. I turned to Veronica and chuckled a bit.

"That was sudden." She said leaning against her railing.

"Yeah, I don't know what I saw in her." I said laughing.
