Breathing takes effort now.
Every inhale and exhale
Requires unnecessary labor,
And sometimes I have to take
A break from breathing so I can
Calm down.
It's probably not a good thing,
But no ones helping me,
So I just keep going with the endless
Cycle of breathing until I finally
Decide that it's too much work.
