What do you know we sitting at the table right next to theirs, He finally looks up from his phone and sees me, I just look away and pretend I didn't see him, My mom then nudges me and say "hey look its Mitch".

My mom waves for him to come over. He gets up and comes towards our table my heart is racing and I feel like I'm going to be sick.

She turns to my dad and says "James meet Mitch, Jessica Boyfriend". I literally deadpan. "Hey Mitch care to join us" my dad says. Mitch looks towards me and say "no thanks for the offer but I am here with my parents". "Oh, nonsense" my mom says and gets up and goes to speak with his parents. Then she goes to speak with the manger and what do you know we all join tables together and I am sitting here all awkward. His parents are all over me saying things like. Oh, you are such a stunning young lady. We hear nothing but great things about you Jessica, and I just cannot handle it anymore I need to leave

"Excuse me" I say and head to the girl's restroom. Sliding against the wall I sit down and can't help but cry. Jamie-Lynn and Gabby comes through the door.

"What the hell Jess why are you cry" Jamie-Lynn says.

And through sobs and hiccups I tell them that I just dumped him a few hours ago, regaining myself I tell Jamie-Lynn "I really want to go home I can't stand to be here".

She then heads out and comes back in a few minutes later. "I just told mom you not feeling well girl problems and shit I will take you home".

We then left the bathroom and headed home. I couldn't face his parents to say goodbye I just left.

Later that Night.

KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK

"Come in"

Jake walks in and hands me a cup of Hot Chocolate.

"Thanks".

"Why did you leave early Jess"?

"I wasn't feeling well".

"Well You look much better to me". He says with an I know you faked it what is wrong look.

I then broke down in tears and Jake holds me rubbing soothing circles on my back. "Did that asshole break your heart" he cups my face and wipes my tears away with his thumbs. "You too pretty to cry Jess". He leans closer to me our lips inches away from each other than my bedroom door swings open and Jake lands up on the floor trying to hold in my laughter I just couldn't and started laughing uncontrollably. Jamie-Lynn looks at me then at him and says "sorry" and walks out.

Was Jake about to kiss me. He gets up and sits back on my bed. "My ass hurts", He says and I start laughing again. "Well at least I made you laugh".

*PING* (Text Message)

MITCH: "Jessica please talk to me".

I sigh and lock my phone. I lean my head-on Jakes shoulders. He leans his head against mine. Then again, my door slams open and in walks Gabby and Josh. With the process of pulling away from Jake his chin knocks against my head making me bite my tongue and causing it to bleed. I run to the bathroom and rinse my mouth with water with Jake by my side.

"Are you okay let me see should I call 911"? I shake my head "I am not dying silly it's just a tiny bite".

We walk out and Josh say "dude she has a boyfriend hands off my little sister". I didn't tell my family about Mitch yet sigh, how can I tell them everybody adores him.
