CHAPTER ELEVEN

It's been 2 weeks now and neither my mom or dad has contacted me. its Sunday today and school starts tomorrow. Josh and Gabby are coming over soon for lunch. Mitch parents went on a business trip. I haven't been myself lately and Mitch is such an amazing boyfriend dealing with all my mood swings and catering to my every need.

I sent him to buy my lady goodies and he came back with 20 different pads and tampons. Was so funny. But overall, he is diffs a keeper.

The doorbell goes and I head downstairs. Opening it up I see Gabby and Josh for the first time in weeks.

Josh hugs me so tightly and squeezes the living daylights out of me. I groan and he lets me go.

"I am so sorry did I hurt you oh shit did I hurt the baby". I glance over at Gabby who has this guilty I am to blame for all this shit look on her face. And I just smile at Josh and say "Nope" popping the P.

We make our way to the yard where Mitch is busy grilling some steaks. I grab Gabby and head to the kitchen.

"So, do you have any gossip to tell me"?

"I was over at your parent's house the other night and heard them arguing about you".

I grab the jug of lemon tea and head outside. "I don't want to talk about them Gabby".

So, Mitch burnt the steaks how is that possible you have one job and that's to turn over the meat like seriously. We then ordered a Pizza.

"Jess Nona and gramps are at our place and would love to see you. Mom said it fine you can come say hello".

"Josh, I want nothing to do with our parents. I will never step foot in that house ever again".

"But it's for Nona and Gramps when last have you seen them they only visit once every year Jessica, stop being so stubborn and just go".

"Stubborn? Really now the fact that Mom and Dad has not fucking once called or sent a text to ask if I am okay if I have a roof over my head, not once have they tried and check up on me it's like I never existed in this world do I mean so little to them. Cos of some stupid pregnancy and they won't believe me that I am not so irresponsible to get knocked up while still in school do you honestly think I am that fucking dumb I AM STILL A VIRGIN FOR FUCKSAKES. I am either mother Mary or some fucking miracle happened cos last, I checked I AM NOT DAMN PREGNANT".

The room is silent and Josh stares at me blankly.

"Are you joking with me Jessica"?

"No Josh I am sorry but I can't do this any longer Gabby you have to tell him or I will".

"Tell me what? What the hell is going on"?

"Josh, I am pregnant". Gabby blurts out.

I see the colour drain from Josh face. And then he passes out

I through him wet with a glass of water and he suddenly reopens his eyes.

Trying to get in all the information. He turns to Gabby.

"So, this is all your fault, my sister got kicked out because of you" he shouts that even I flinch.

"How stupid can you be Gabby I thought you were on birth control. You caused my family and sister so much pain and every day you smile and act like nothing is fucking wrong I am done we are over".

Josh walks out leaving a crying Gabby behind.

I look at Mitch and tell him to stay with Gabby while I run after Josh.

"JOSH" I scream and he turns around and falls to the ground crying I grab him. "Don't blame Gabby Josh both of you guys were wrong. Don't be one of those dead-beat dads please. Gabby wanted to tell you the day Mom and Dad kicked me out but I told her not too. Please just go back inside and be the awesome dad I know you will be please".

After all the sobbing and sniffs he finally looks up and says "I will only forgive her if you come back home and we tell mom and dad the truth".

"Uhm Josh I can't they betrayed my trust I told them the truth but they didn't want to believe me".

"Fine Jess but please come with me home just to go and tell them and to see Nona and Gramps".

"Ok okay I will do that".
