------------------------------------------------Michael felt the shorter boy hug him tight, unsure of what to do. Rich.. One of the most popular kids next Jake was hugging him. His soulmate was hugging him.. He was so shocked- He didn't know what to do. His palms were sweaty and he was basically shaking but he still hugged back. He flinched as he felt a wave of electric shock hit him. It was painful.. Why did it happen? What happened?
Before he could comprehend what happened, he saw Rich running away. What was wrong with him? Did he do something wrong? As he saw Rich basically run away from him, he felt tears prick at his eyes. Why was he so sensitive? Michael took off his glasses and hid his face, he didn't want to be seen crying at a cool party that he was invited to. The teen sobbed quietly as he tried to wipe the tears away from his eyes.
This whole thing was a bust. He shouldn't have tried to meet his soulmate here. He hated parties and he hated loud noises. Coming here was a bad decision. He was a little tipsy as well as high, neither of them was making him feel better. He wanted to leave. He wanted to forget that this thing ever happened.
Going back down the stairs, he sniffed and hid his face, trying cleaning his palms on his shorts. Nothing was going as planned. Michael needed to find Jerem, he was his ride in case if things didn't go well. He went to the kitchen as he grabbed another red solo cup filled with some alcoholic beverage and began his journey to try and find his best friend. He wanted to leave and it would be better if they did. He didn't know where Rich ran off to and he didn't want to know. Rich didn't want him.
Michael was still a bit drunk, messed up-drunk now. His High level was about at the same range, maybe higher. Michael wasn't thinking properly, trying to run his fingers through his hair to relax, only messing up his hair a bit. Michael couldn't stop tearing up, causing his eyes to start hurting because of rubbing them so much. When the teen found Jeremy, he nearly starting crying once again, wrapping the other boy in a tight hug. "D-Dude.. Where have you been..? I was trying to find you. I wanna leave.. -so we could leave this shit hole." Hiccups erupt from his mouth, cringing and whining as they did so. When he would get the hiccups, they were always so bad. His vision was still blurry as he kept hugging his best friend, almost falling on him with his glasses in one hand and a plastic cup in the other.
~(💔)~
"Wow. Dude, calm down.. You don't look so well.. Let's get you home, okay?" Jeremy suggested, lightly pushing Michael off of him and resting him against the wall. "I'll drive. I'm not letting you behind the wheel with you like that." He chuckled nervously, giving Michael a dorky smile. Jeremy took Michael's half-drunken beverage and handed it to some random guy on the side against Michael's complaint. He began leading the drunken teen out of the party house and out to the car.
"You haven't told me about your soulmate!" Jeremy says as he laughed at Michael's behavior. Jeremy stopped to fix his best friend's hair, noticing the frown that formed on his face.
Oh no.. Something might have gone wrong..Michael only shrugging and he hiccupped a bit, shaking his head. Let's.. F-Forget about him- He's never going to love me anyway, so it's better if I just.. Dunno, give up on this soulmate shit and try to find someone else." His words were slurred as he responded to Jeremy. Michael looked back at the house from the lawn.. Everyone looked like they were having the time of their lives as young, free teens.
And Michael...
Michael Mell was doomed to be the loneliest loser of all eternity. He would never find someone who would love him, and that was his one goal..
