Kisses

Out of all the kisses
I vividly remember 3.

The first one...
Was the sweet one

The third greeting...
Was unexpected, but sweet.
In my past the first kiss is the last
But led me to reassure this won't be my last

The second third...
After the third greeting kiss,
We continued on with our date
And talked, laughed and baked
You came closer and went in for a kiss
Waiting for you to pull away
You never did
We enjoyed the day and kissed away.

The kiss I don't remember, that I should
Is the last kiss
Not knowing it will be our last
We looked past it, I looked past it
Believing more will come.
