Turning the key, I unlocked the door to Adrian's bachelor's pad and walked inside. I was going to spend some time with him while I was home, especially since we don't get to see each other as much as we'd like.

I figured I needed something to clear my head and hanging out with my platonic soulmate was always the cure.

Jace clouded my thoughts, more than I wanted him to. We hadn't talked since he broke off whatever relationship we had. I couldn't even sleep because I'd gotten used to hearing his voice before doing so.

    So much for being okay.

I sat my purse down before heading up the staircase. I knew Adrian was probably sleep. He'd just flew back in from Florida a few hours ago and I doubt he got any sleep there.

Adrian was a socialite. That meant he got paid to attend high profile parties, events and other things A list celebrities do. He was definitely enjoying the fruits of his grandparents and parents labor.

Ironic because he told me that before he knew his Dad, his mom wanted me out of the madness of the paparazzi. Adrian, however, enjoyed the attention.

I knocked twice on his bedroom door before peaking my head inside. As I predicted, he was knocked out. I fully walked inside, walking over to his side of the bed and gently shook him awake.

"Dri." I called his name again, and he sighed softly before opening his eyes. He smiled once they landed on me.

    "NiNi." He mumbled sleepily.

"Get up and put some clothes on. I need a night out."

Adrian sat up, wiping the sleep from his eyes. "Ain't nothin' you haven't seen before." He joked before getting up fully.

I playfully rolled my eyes causing him to laugh slightly. When I'd said that Jace wasn't my first, it was true. That belonged to Adrian.

Both of us had gotten through our first real relationships with mine ending too abruptly for my liking. Although, he and Savannah were seeing each other up until the last semester of our senior year.

Anyway, we began half-jokingly making a plan for us to have sex, from planning out where and when it would happen, to what we would be doing and who would buy the condoms.
