(This chapter is gonna have more Namjin than Yoonmin. And ya'll are probably gonna hate me. I'm sorry ;-;. I love all these boys, but life isn't all rainbows and sugar-coated shit.)
When Jin arrived at the scene, there was police tape all over the side of the street. An ambulance was sitting in the sidelines, holding what only could be his husband in a hospital bed. Jin quickly rushed to the nearest officer.
"Officer! What happened?!" He exclaimed, feeling panicky all over again.
"I'm afraid he got into a car crash. Someone might've been driving drunk and didn't see him," she explained.
"HE'S LIKE, SEVEN FEET TALL, HOW CAN YOU MISS HIM EVEN WHEN DRUNK?!" Jin shouted, getting on the ambulance. He gasped when he saw the gruesome sight before him. Namjoon was on the hospital bed, bruised and broken. His right arm was twisted into an angle intersecting his right hand. There was blood all over his clothes and his knuckles were all scraped up. He looked pretty bad. A nurse came over and put an oxygen mask over Joon's face. Jin sat down, feeling hopeless. Just then Joon opened his eyes and looked over at his husband.
"Jin-ah?" He asked weakly.
Jin looked up and quickly held his lover's hand. "Joonie! Are you okay?! You had me worried sick! What happened?! Tell me now!!"
Namjoon chuckled a bit and coughed. "I was walking to the car after work..And this guy just decided to run me over for whatever reason.."
Sure enough, the cops were taking a person into the car. Jin saw a flash of his face and his mind was flooded with horrible flashbacks. YoungSoo(Credit to StarlightNArmy) was being taken in. He looked pissed too.
The ambulance doors closed and they were taken away. Only to the hospital, Jin thought. He tried to keep Namjoon awake on the way there.
"Joonie, do you know who hit you?" Jin asked.
Namjoon shook his head and took in more oxygen from the mask. He was feeling even more tired than before.
"Jinnie, can I sleep now?" He asked.
"...Yes, I'll be here if you wake up.." Jin replied hesitantly.
And Namjoon revealed his dimples to Jin before falling asleep.
