11. Amusement park

A few days later
Mark's POV

I'm in the middle of class. I can't stop thinking of y/n and what happened yesterday. Mino is one crazy ass guy. How could he make up such a lie.

Ever since y/n came to Korea, ever since she started working at the restaurant and here, I've realized how beautiful and sweet she is.

I know I have a thing with a girl back in Canada, but that's old news, I think I might be falling for y/n.

If I am, I need to act quick. That Youngsu guy might make a move on her, and I've also seen the way Donghyuk look at her, I'm pretty sure Donghyuk likes her.

All of a sudden, I hear a bunch of loud laughter and yelling, I turned around to see Mino with his friends laughing obnoxiously.

"Can you stop yelling! Some people need peace and quiet!" I turned around to face them.

"Oh, I'm sorry you can't stop thinking of that prostitute y/n and her lover Youngsu!" He laughed. Wait how did he know I was thinking of y/n?

"Just shut up!" The teacher left for the bathroom and said he would be back soon, what's taking him forever. I turned back around and put my head on the desk.

"Mino, can you just shut the fuck up for once? You get on my goddamn nerves! I can't believe what you did to Nancy too!" He shouted. "Stop trying to act all cool." Mino tensed up and shut up.

Hanbin was also in class. He looked very annoyed by Mino, looks like he wanted to agree with Brian, but he didn't say anything.

The bell finally rang and everyone rushed out and went home.

As I was waking home, I was trying to think of an idea to show that I have interest in y/n. I want to get to y/n first. Then the greatest idea came into my head!

I took out my phone and began texting y/n:

To y/n 💖:
Me: Hey y/n! Your arm will heal in a few days right?
Y/n: Yes! It should be completely healed this weekend!
Me: Great! Would you like to celebrate this weekend by going to the amusement park with me?
Y/n: Of course! It would be nice since I've never been there before :)
Me: Great! Talk to you later!

Yess! I can't wait for this weekend.

Maybe I can finally confess my love for y/n.

Y/n's POV

Finally, it's the weekend, now my arm is healed! And I've been waiting for this weekend to hang out with Mark at the amusement park!

I told Youngsu what my plans were and he seemed kinda off, that's weird.... whatever! Can't wait to go to the amusement park!

I dressed up in normal fall clothes and headed out for the restaurant to meet with Mark.

Once I entered I saw Mark sitting at the counter, he had a huge smile on his face, aww so cute.

"Ready to go?"
"Yes! Let's go!" Can't wait to have fun!

When we reached the amusement park, we decided we would look at the animals first.

We saw pandas, monkeys, elephants, you name it. We even fed some tigers! Something I've never done before.

After we saw the animals, we chose to go on a rollercoaster. We decided that we would eat after the rides.

We went on a ride that went super fast! It was funny getting to see Mark scream like a baby.

After that we went on the pirate ship ride that rocked back and forth.

Mark was so scared that he gripped onto my arm so hard. What a big baby.

And lastly we went on the Ferris wheel. It was starting to get dark so the view was very nice.

He seemed as if he was scared of heights, so I held onto his hand. It was great to spend my first time at the amusement park with Mark.

Once we got off the Ferris wheel, we went to go look for food. My feet were killing me so I decided to sit and save a table for me and Mark while Mark went to go look for food.

Mark was taking quite a long time so I started scrolling through my phone.

Donghyuk's  POV

Me and the guys decided we would spend the day at the amusement park. Yunhyeong and Chanwoo really wanted to go, so why not?

We spent the whole day playing games, looking at the exhibits, riding roller coasters, etc.

It started to become dark so we decided we would eat. Me and the guys were looking for a table when we spotted y/n sitting by herself.

Hanbin: "Look! Y/n is here! What a coincidence!" I quickly turned to her direction.

Jinhwan: "Donghyuk! Go say hi to her!" He pushed me towards her. I didn't resist and started walking towards her, I wanted to know who she was here with.

Junhoe: "Don't mess this up again!" He shouted. I saw the guys go wait in line for food, staring at me.

I approached her table and sat across from her.

"Hi." I smiled at her, her face lit up when she saw me. "Long time no see!"

"Oh hey! What a coincidence to see you here!" She smiled back. Wow, her smile. It kills me.

"Did you come here alone? Why are you sitting alone?" I said.

"I actually came with Mark, I'm just waiting for him to bring food." Ouch, was she on a date with Mark? No way. I hope they don't have a thing.

"Oh, um, I'll just wait and keep you company until he comes back." I smiled. She nodded her head.

We sat there for about 10 mins. Later turned to 25 mins. What's taking this kid so long?

Mark's POV

The line for the food was taking forever. I couldn't see y/n from where I was standing, I hope nothing happens to her.

I waited in line for the food for about 15 mins. As I was walking back to the table, I was suddenly grabbed and pulled into a different area of the park.

I dropped the food and was trying to pick it up, when a hand pulled my face. It was dark, but then I realized that it was the girl from Canada!

What is she doing here! Me and Wendy, the girl from Canada, haven't spoken in months!

I tried to explain to her that I was here with someone but she pulled me away towards her family. Oh no. Not her family.

They love me to death and will not take no for answer if I try to escape them. We ended up talking for about an hour.

I was nervous for y/n.... She probably left the park already.
