Dear Diary,

HEYOOOOOO! It's midnight time. Just a small recap for what I know so far so I bring you up to speed. I know nothing. Now you're up to speed. Well I'm at a party with Liz and Alex. The party for the premier of the movie. So far, people have loved it and few critics already tip it to win at the Oscars. I feel okay. On one hand I'm happy that the film is a hit, on the other, my life's depressing. I keep losing these battles in life and I don't know how to win them. Did I promise to write this story sober? Oh yeah, I think I did, I guess I'll have to do it.

Alright, so I'm back, more sober than ever before. And this time it means something. And I'm not lying either, feel this. *Does Haa Hoo on the book* Alright, so when I'm sober, I'm lazy and use voice command to write the book, that's why that part came on the entry too. Just gonna print this part out and staple it to the diary and start writing again.

Alright, this time I'll write. So well after midnight, everyone was drunk. Me on the other hand hadn't had a single drop of booze. Yay to me! I looked around to see no one on their senses except me, Alex, Liz and Sofia. I was the only one who could've drunk and didn't. Wow. Liz was busy talking to her son so I approached Sofia, "Hey......" She looked up at me, "Oh hey........" I asked her, "Would you like me to drop both of you home?" She kept looking at me, "Why would you do that after everything me and Hobart have done to you?" I paused for a while. "It has nothing to do with it, I'm just trying to do the right thing with me being the only sober guy, who can drive. Other than Liz of course." She got up from her seat, "I guess you can if you want to." I put myself under Hobart's arm and dragged him outside towards the car park where I brought my car. That's right, I have a car too. Woohoo, I'm rich baby! That wasn't a part of the story by the way. I put him in the backseat while I sat at the driver's seat. He was unconscious on my car's backseat while Sofia was sitting in the passenger seat. I drove as cautiously as possible. I took Liz's life as a warning and drove at the speed of a snail. Trust me, it was better to be abused by the other car drivers than to risk Sofia's health.

We reached Sofia's house. Turns out they had moved in together. I held Hobart and took him inside and laid him on the couch. I asked Sofia, "So after the baby, would both of you still work in films or will one of you stay at home?" She trembled a little, "Well I..... Well I..... Would love to work, but Hobart's forcing me to stay at home with the kid." I didn't have an answer to this, so I just gave a generic reply, "Oh." She went into the kitchen, "Would you like some coffee? Or tea if you started drinking that?" I went into the kitchen and held both of her shoulders and took her into the hall and made her sit at the dining table. "Nope, nope, nope, you're not going to do anything except rest. You did enough tonight. Would you like juice or something?" She sat comfortably on the chair, "Yeah, I'd like some juice. I'm really sorry. I know you're a guest and you shouldn't work at all for me here. Just sometimes cooking all day for Hobart and myself tires me a little." I poured juice in a glass and brought it to her, "He makes you cook all day?" She nodded her head, "Well yeah, ever since we moved in together, he has been having more food than ever and doesn't like to order food at all. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's tiring." I went back into the kitchen, "Would you like something to eat right now?" She finished drinking her juice, "I don't think so. I don't feel hungry. I did eat an adequate amount at the restaurant." I shrugged and made myself coffee.

"To be honest, you're a great actress. You should keep working even after the baby." "I would love to, but Hobart is forcing me to stay at home as he thinks a parent should always be with the child so that he can be a better person." I came back while sipping my coffee and sat beside her. "If my wife or girlfriend was pregnant, I'd stay at home. Well that's okay for me as I'm a writer and my job is to just write stories. But if I were an actor, I'd let her work too." She looked at Hobart, "I wish he was just like you too." I finished my coffee. Sofia was about to get up when I stopped her and picked up her glass too. I took both of the glasses in the kitchen and washed them. I came back into the hall where I asked Sofia, "Well is there anything I could help you with?" She spoke in a low tone, "Well umm, I feel a little sweaty and would like it if you just helped me undress and then ummm...... Later dress me. It's a little hard with this baby, and I haven't had a bath in ages. I feel ashamed saying that." She put her chin down. I put my hand on her chin. "He doesn't help you do this?" She nodded, "Well he doesn't, so sometimes I have to call Liz to help me, cause she's the only one I can trust, other than you. But I didn't want to call you, cause I was afraid you hated me." I held her hand slowly and started to take her inside the bedroom, "You don't need to worry, I'm always here to help you."
