Those words echoed in my head. I didn't kno' what ta' do.. or let alone how to feel. It felt like my heart was on fire but in a gud way.
I finally got da' strength to move my legs and walked ova' to the bed.
I looked down at Jai'yanna and then at my daughta'.
"Let's give dem some privacy y'all." Luke said and he, Jamir and Jayla got up and exited the room.
I couldn't believe my eyes. I had my fiancé back and she just gave birth to our baby. The baby dat we didn't even know we made ta' getha.
I leaned down and began kissing Jai'yanna all ova' ha' face.
"Baybeh girl I missed you so much. I fucked up while you was gone, I'm gone be a real nigga and admit dat to ya. But I promise I've never stopped lovin' you."
I broke down cryin'. I knew I really loved dis girl to be snot nose cryin' in front of her.
"All dat shit I did cause you wasn't around baby and I wanted somebody to feel dat void. I'm sorry, I'm s—"
Jai'yanna shushed me and wiped my face befo' kissin' my cheek and my lips.
"August.. shut up." She whispered before kissin' me again.
"Get your daughter." She said to me and I grabbed her, sitting down in the chair.
She was beautiful.

She was really a miracle.
Jai'yanna and I sat in the room and I told her everything while rockin' my daughta' to sleep. She also told me everything dealing with Virginia and Miracle. Besides her face bein' a little swollen and her havin' severe malnutrition she was fine .
We still didn't unda' stand how Amira made it but overall we were grateful and we will forever be grateful.
After a while of talkin' to Jai'yanna, she fell asleep and so I sat dere' reminiscing on how we met. I smiled ta' myself.
Dere' was a knock on tha' door and everybody had came in. Morgan, Keem and another lady was with tha' others dis time.
Jai'yanna woke up and stared at tha' door.
Morgan ran up to Jai'yanna and hugged her while they both cried. Afta' dey finished havin' their lit moment, Keem walked up to her and hugged her and kissed her forehead while givin' her flowers.
Her and the lady just stared at each other as the room was quiet.
