Veronica's Debutante Ball part two

Veronica and Kevin came to a big ballroom in Carter's house

Carter came to Veronica 

Carter : "i was waiting for you finally you are here , come with me" 

they walk to stairs and walk into some room 

Carter : "here's everything you need , you have two hours to get ready okay??"

Veronica nodded and Carter walked out , she heard the doorbell ring and she opened the door , Jughead , Betty , Josie , Cheryl came in 

Carter : "so nice to see you guys need your help you guys" 

she was busy running from one end to another end it was hard to stop her , she needed to settle down and relax , she walked upstairs again all the Girls were already on the stairwell expect for one , Veronica Lodge , she entered the room to see Veronica sitting on the chair 

Carter : "You okay?"

Veronica : "Not really." 

Carter : "it's just walk on the stairs and one dance , it's not that horrible , as i am seeing all those girls , i see myself , standing there , and then dancing with the guy i alway have loved" she confessed 

Veronica looked up at her and smiled because she knew this was supposed to calm her down and it did , she stood up and said : 

Veronica : "i am not afraid of anything , I am Veronica Lodge " she walked away on the stairs and Carter smiled - she was proud of herself 

she walked back to the ballroom and she started talking 

Carter : "it feels like yesterday when i was standing on these stairs and was looking for love , thank you all for coming , friends , this night doesn't belong to me , it belongs to these young ladies" she moved so people can have a better look at them she walked to sit down her head was down until in front someone appeared right in front of her 

Carter  : "Archie?" 

Archie : "would you make this night worth by dancing with me? " 

he offered her his hand meanwhile she shakes her head "no" 

Carter : "this is their night , not mine" 

Archie : "it could be your night anytime Car" 

Carter : "You should talk to Veronica , who is right now dancing with Kevin" 

Archie sits next to her and she sighs 

Archie : "Are you really that annoyed that i am here?"

Carter : "no , i am just this one facing stress" she explains , his head found hers and she smiled a bit , suddenly Betty and Jughead join them 

Betty : "Hey you guys" Carter moved her hand away 

Carter : "um - hi , i know you are not into these things Jughead"

Jughead : "it was in my to-do list"

Betty : "i saw it , it was there"

Carter : "okay , you guys" 

later when everyone left the ball she was there alone just veronica was there , she chnaged her clothes and was goign to leave when carter stopped her 

Carter : "stay.."

Veronica : "what?" 

Carter :" you heard or are you deaf? i know i was mean to you but i am planning to change also i want you to stay because i don't wanna be here alone , there two people out there that are trying to kill me , i am not safe anywhere" 

Veronica : "wait what? and you didn't tell anyone , you don't have any plan?" veronica asked carter 

Carter : "i don't do plans" 

veronica stayed over the night.
