"Don't take yourself too seriously"

Jason : "hey it's jason.."

Carter : "HI."

Jason : "i didn't wake you did i?" 

Carter : "No at all" 

Carter's wearnight

Jason : "good, did i leave my glasses there?"

Carter : "Did i leave my braces in your house?" 

Jason : "didn't know you have braces"

Carter : "didn't know you wear glasses" 

Jason : "all right guess see you around" 

Carter : "is that really why you are caling me?" 

Jason : "i called you , because i missed talking to you"

Carter : "oh , moment of honesty"

Jason : "Don't get used to it , i am not liking it too much"

Carter : "there's something , i wanted to ask you"

Jason : "go on" 

Carter : "Did you really send my childhood friend to ask me about the letter?"

Jason : "i don't know what you are talking about" 

Carter: "you want to know the truth? i don't know who wrote the letter , i just know that one morning i came to school and it was in my locker , and then i started asking people about you , and they told me just the same things that were in that letter"

Jason : "not a normal student could have access to your locker "

Carter : "let it alone" 

Jason : "it either could have been your mother or alice cooper , they both hate me so obviously it was one of them"

Carter : "Good night Jason" as soon as she hanged up hte phone jason had two girls in his bed (who's surprised ? not me.) 

Present the police was going through the evidences when they found this letter. 

Flashback : 

Carter's aunt came to jason and carter sitting at table , carter and jason were talking about something

Carter : "aunt what it is? "

Aunt Helen : "That was Mrs. Parker. They need volunteers at the retirement home. But l have theater tickets."

Jason : "that's horrible"

Aunt Helen : l have a thought. Why don't you two fill in for me?"

Carter : " good idea! i would love to"

Aunt Helen : "you two are the best!"

Jason : "Thank you"

Aunt Helen : "So sweet of you Jason."

Jason : "Can't help it"

Carter : "sometimes it makes me sad , you have kids and they just throw you to a retirement house , and then they never come for a visit , i am happy to help." 

In the retirment house 

Mrs. Parker : "lt's wonderful when young people help out Most of our patients don't have family nearby."

Carter : (smiles) "oh that's so sad or their families never visit them"

Mr.s Parker : "Most likely ,  Here we are. Mr. Gottlieb? We have a visitor for you."

Mr.s Parker sent Carter to Gottlieb's room , jason is about to enter the room too when Mr.s Parker takes him away.

Mr.s Parker : "No , l've got somebody special for you, baby. Come on. i am happy that Carter came to help , we've missed her here , she is here all the time it's now sweet of her"

The old lady : "Did l ever tell you the time when my late husband"

Jason reads newspaper with sunglasses on

Jason : "Yes , you already did , actually you told 5 times Mr.s Hooverman "

Mr.s Hooverman : "I did?"

Jason : "yeah right after we played scrabble"

Mr.s Hooverman : "we played scrabble?"

Jason : "yep and you beat me two time in row"

Mr.s Hooverman : "I did?"

Jason : "and then i fucked your daughter.."

Mr.s Hooverman : "excuse me?"

Jason : "i said , would you care for some water?"

Mr.s Hooverman : "No thank you"

Mr.s Parker is back with Carter and they enter the room

Mrs. Parker : "come in"

Carter : "Hi, how's it going in here?"

Mrs Hooverman : "Carter is that you ? we played scrabble and i won two times!"

Carter : "yes it's me and that's great news"

Carter and Jason are in jason's red car

Jason : "I did it! i did it!"

Carter : "you go on with your bad self! "

Jason : "Oh my, that was fun.lt's weird. l actually feel good about myself. we should do it more often. Mrs Hooverman was cool"

Carter : "Come on , i don't buy it , Mrs Hooverman is cool?"

Jason : "she is"

Carter : "you must think i am real fool!"

Jason : "no i don't"

Carter : "You had a good time with that old lady?"

Jason : "I did , we played two games of scrabble"

Carter was still staring at him

Jason : "okay you got me , i was bored out of my mind , i hate doing charity."

Carter : "it's okay , it doesn't make you a bad person"

Jason : "yes it does"

Carter : "no it doesn't , I see how much you love Nana Rose"

Jason : "I can't win with you"

Carter : "It's not about winnig , You know what your problem is? You take yourself way too seriously."

Jason : "No i don't"

Carter : "ahh , yes you do , you should lighten up"

Jason : "i am , can we drop this?"

Carter : "Fine" she started to do some funny faces

Jason : "What are you doing ? " he faces her and he tries to hold his laugh back "Stop it! , it's too distracting! cut it out! stop that!"

Carter :"Are you smiling?"

Jason : "Will you stop"

Carter : "no , lt's okay. You can laugh. l promise l won't tell anybody"

Jason : "Okay"
