A/N... I am so so so so freaking sorry, I have never had such bad writers block, I probably wrote and deleted a whole chapter five times. I apologize for how long it took me, it won't take that long again!

*Two days later*

Harrys POV

I walk quickly through the store, glaring in annoyance at the little boy who just loudly pointed out my 'arm drawings' to his mother. I want to go over and not so kindly to tell her to a)teach her kid some manners, and b)teach him what a 'tattoo' is, but I don't have the time. I stop abruptly in front of the flowers the store sells. Girls like flowers. I scan the sickeningly bright flowers, none of which I can name, and finally snatch up a bouquet of yellow and white ones. I know it's low, and I know I'm a douche. The flowers are full of nothing but bullshit, a gross attempt to win her trust so I can destroy it. After paying and leaving, I find my car and yank open the drivers door. Tossing the flowers onto the passengers seat, I drive out of the stores parking lot, and head to her house. I'm worried as fuck about what might happen tonight. Jake is going to be there, and so are Dave and Chris. I know they're going to test me, and I know if I hit any of them the whole things gets worse.

When I reach her house, I go up to the door and knock twice. Meredith answers the door after a few moments, and I walk inside, handing her the flowers. She seems surprised, but I don't have the guts to look her in the eye. It should be a simple gesture, giving her flowers. It's not though, because I'm a dick.

"Hi Harry!" Her mum comes out from their kitchen. She beams at the flowers I brought. "Daises are Meres favorites." She says.

Meredith blushes, and I can't look away. She's wearing a dress and heels, so she's slightly closer to my height. Her necklace is a 'C' and I can't help but wonder why. She's not wearing much make up, which I'm glad for. Her hair is pulled up, and at this point I realize I'm staring. I mentally smack myself.

"I'll put these in a vase for you, and you two have fun ok?" Her mum takes the Daises, as I just learned they are, and scurries back to the kitchen.

Meredith and I stand awkwardly in the doorway, until she speaks.

"Thank you. For the flowers." She adds.

"Oh. Erm, yeah of corse." I fumble for words. "Are you um, ready?"

She nods her response, and I let out a breath. I open the door for her, and we walk out to the Range Rover. After helping her into the passenger seat, I jog around to climb behind the wheel.

"Where are we going?" She questions. I notice that she seems more comfortable around me then the last time she was in my car.

"To a party." I tell her, keeping my eyes on the road, and not her.

"Zayns?" She surprises me.

"Yeah, how do you know that?"

"Louis mentioned it." She says casually.

I cringe, thinking of Louis and I's encounter yesterday. His face doesn't look so pretty. Then again, neither does my chest. I had to change out of my white t-shirt tonight because you could see the bruises through it.

"Will he be there?"

I grip the wheel. "No."

"Oh. Will I know anybody?"

"I don't know." I snap. I know I shouldn't but I'm pissed that she asked about Louis. She's quiet, and we drive the rest of the way in silence.

When we get to Zayns house, there are already people on the lawn, and music is blasting from inside. I help her out of the car, and we walk toward the door. I watch in amusement as Meredith gives two drunk girls an ugly look. I spot Michael and a few others I know, and take her hand, pulling her after me.
