Gabriel entered the kitchen later that day. "Your brother payed us a visit." Dean said not looking up at him. "I know."

"You're not wondering how he got in?"

"Nope,"

"How the world isn't ending?"

"Nope,"

"How we didn't even know Satan was walking down a street full of people?!"

"Nope,"

"Okay, did your mother drop you as a baby?"

"I don't have a mother." Gabriel said glancing at Dean to see confusion and frustration. "Angel remember." Gabe pointed out sitting down in the seat across from the Winchester. "Did you walk into a wall this morning?" Dean asked. Gabriel sat there with a look as if he was trying to remember everything he did that morning. "I don't think so."

"Then what's up with your brain?!" Dean snapped. Gabriel jumped up, startled, and watched Dean warily. Dean sighed, "Look, I'm just, did you know?"

Gabe nodded but didn't move his fearful gaze. He mumbled something. "What?" Dean asked and Gabriel flinched from the sudden noise. "The apocalypse wasn't real." Gabe said louder his voice shaking. Dean's eyes widened with confusion before he quickly left the room. Left a panicked Gabriel alone, which wasn't his smartest idea.

Dean walked into the library where Sam and Castiel were talking about something. "Cas, your brother might know something."

"He knows a lot of things."

"No, like he told me the apocalypse was a lie. I have no idea what he means by that."

"From what I am aware of, the apocalypse was in fact real."

"Well, take care of your brother before he gives me an extensional crisis." Dean grumbled leaving the room. Sam and Castiel looked at each other confused before continuing the conversation.

After a while, they seemed to notice that Gabriel was missing. It wasn't that common for him to be on his own. That was the first warning that something was wrong. Sam decided to look for the angel before something happens, but something already had happened.

Sam walked into his bed because that's normally were the archangel would go. "Gabe?" He called. "Hold on." Gabriel's voice called from the bathroom. "Why are you in the bathroom?" Sam asked walking towards the door. "Non of your business." Most people would be annoyed or angered by a response like that, but Sam couldn't help but smile. When Gabriel first arrived, he was painfully truthful. If they ever talked about something he wasn't comfortable with, he would only give little detail. Now he full on sassed Sam. That can only mean things are getting better right?

There was a thump in the bathroom and a curse word. "Gabe, is everything alright?" There was no response. "Gabe, I'm going to come in alright?" Sam asked after a while. He could hear movement but no response was made. Sam went to open the door but it was locked. Of course, who doesn't lock the bathroom door? Weirdos.

Sam quickly got some paperclips and picked the lock. (I can't write this sentence XD I wrote paper lips and picked the lick.) Of course, the Winchesters are experts of breaking into things. Also weirdos.

Sam opened the door and saw Gabriel sitting on the floor with blood smudged all over him and the floor. Sam panicked, grabbed the angel and instantly looked for any wounds. When non were found, Sam instantly went to the next thing. Gabriel killed someone.

"Gabriel, who's blood is it?" Sam asked like a mother scolding their child. "It doesn't matter." Gabriel mumbled. "What do you mean it doesn't matter?"

"No one's dead so it doesn't matter."

"But someone got hurt."

"It's fine."

"No it isn't now who's is it?"

"No one important."

"Gabe."

"It doesn't matter, just let me get cleaned up." Gabriel said pushing Sam away and trying to stand up. Sam grabbed onto the archangel's arm, a little too hard, and pulled him back to the ground. "Gabriel, you're going to answer me." Sam growled and pulled on the angel's arm even more, and grabbed his face to turn his gaze to him. Gabriel's eyes were full of numbness but there was a hint of tears.

"Gabriel, answer me." Gabriel flinched and was visibly shaking. Sam felt bad but he needed an answer and was out of patients. "Sam, let go." Gabriel whimpered and tried to escape. "I will when you answer me."

"It doesn't matter."

"What's going on?" Dean asked from the doorway of the bathroom, Castiel behind him. Gabriel looked at the with a look of helplessness and then back at Sam.

It was the first time in forever that something, some type of emotion, was shown in the archangel's eyes. It was so new and strange that Sam couldn't read what it was. Was it guilt from the person he injured/killed? Was it fear of some sort? Was it betrayal because he trusted Sam? Was it a little bit of everything?

Sam doesn't answer his brother, he goes back to Gabriel. "Who's is it?" He asked for the millionth time. For once, he got an answer. "It's mine." The angel cried. Sam let go of his arm and Gabriel curled into a ball shaking. The Winchester turned to look at his brother and Cas, both of their faces were shocked, worried, and confused. What did he mean it was his? Seemed to be the question that worried everyone's mind.

Sam looked back at the shaking, sobbing, ball. "Gabe," he started, but he got cut of but a flapping sound. Where the archangel sat was now empty.
