A/N at the endDead or Alive?
Stephen's POV
We pull up to the lake and I see a trail of footprints in the damp sand.
Before Tamara has time to stop the car I fly out of the car and follow the prints.
I see a tree branch sticking out and fresh blood on it.
She must have cut her leg while going to wherever she is, I think to myself.
I see the red droplets of blood and follow them.
When the blood spots start getting thicker I know I'm getting close.
That's when I see her.
She's laying in the hollow of a tree with blood and foam pooled all around her.
Even in this state she's beautiful.
Pull yourself together, Stephen. She needs you to be strong, I think to myself as tears start rolling down my face again.
I run over to her and gently pick her up, carefully placing her wrists in her lap and then running back to Tamara's car.
"Tamara! TAMARA! CALL 911! NOW!" I scream at her.
"What the fuck?!" She says when she sees Kelsey.
A loud sob racks through my body as I hold her in my arms.
twenty minutes later
After the ambulance came, Tamara got into her car and drove off to the hospital.
I climbed into the vehicle after Kelsey was carefully set in there on a stretcher and raced to the hospital.
Unknown POV
Following Kelsey was easy. I waited a few second after she sped off and followed close behind her.
She knew I was following her. But she didn't let up. She simply didn't care that I was following her.
Im the reason she's dying after all.
A little switch of her meds.
Unknown substances mixed into her drinks at parties.
Crushed up pills added into her food.
It was so easy.
She doesn't need to be alive anymore.
I got what I wanted.
Now she has to die.
Kelsey's POV
I'm swimming in the darkness.
This feeling... it's a new high for me.
Experimenting with those drugs was nothing compared to this.
If this is what death feels like, then I'm glad I did it.
Tamara's POV
I get into my car shaking, with the all too familiar feeling of my wanting for alcohol burning in my system.
I can't... i think to myself, I won't.
I've been an alcoholic for a while. I can't remember when I started drinking, but I know who got me hooked.
They've always been a toxic person.
When I first met him, I thought he was an angel.
And I fell for him. Head over heels, fell for him.
One night he asked me out on a date and took me to this party.
•flashback•
"Hey, want some?" Trevor asked me, holding out a red cup.
"Uhm... I don't know if I should..." I nervously replied.
"Come on, Tam. Loosen up a bit!" He shouted encouragingly.
I grabbed the cup and took a drink.
Then next thing I remember is being dragged into a room and tied to a bed.
"Trevor... what are you doing?" I asked him.
"Just wait and see, baby," he spat out at me.
I pull out of my thoughts as I enter the hospital parking lot.
I grab my spar canteen of vodka and run inside.
I know I shouldn't drink, but I need too.
"Tamara?" Steph says, rushing over to me giving me a hug.
"What happened? Is she okay?" He mother asks nervously.
"She's uhm... she's lost a lot of blood... they don't know if she's going to make it or not," he says, sounding like there's more, "and," he says, dragging out the a, "she has a lot of unknown drugs in her system."
Her mother collapses in one of the chairs and curls into a tight ball as the doctor walks over to us.
"Are you guys here for Kesley?" We all nod, "I'm so sorry... she's in a coma."
A/N:
What did you think? Should we see more of Adriana's POV? Who do you think this unknown person should be?
Comment a name: Jeremy, Trevor, or her father.
Hope you enjoyed! See ya next time!
